Tesco Cafe in Birmingham

I bought a breakfast on my lunch break and I waited 30 minutes for it with no update how long it would be. I went up to ask how long it would be and the lady asked me again what I ordered and said they hadn’t even started making it yet and the order was still on a post it note at the till untouched despite workers being sat down in the cafe doing f all. I asked for a refund and was told that she couldn’t put the money back on my card because her manager wasn’t there so handed me a handful of change. You literally couldn’t give me worse service unless you spat in my face before I left, absolute joke.

Only one staff member on duty, taking orders, cooking food, bringing it out to tables and clearing tables, waited over 35 minutes for food, poor woman was doing job of 3 people, she was polite and helpful but clearly overstretched as she started to turn customers away, with such a heavy workload can't help but wonder on standard of hygiene and surely during current pandemic tables etc need extra cleans

Very very RUDE staff...badly poor customer service ..... always some food missing.I will make others complain too and next time i will record with camera for evidence...... again what a shambles of a cafe.... #Aston

Nice café clean tables flowers on the table friendly staff. Food OK too. I had beans and sausage hash browns and mushrooms.

Amazing food and service. Loved the lovely lady SITA working down here. She's got prettiest smile and serves with absolute joy. It's really lovely to be in the cafe while she's around. The food they serve is really hygienic and fresh ; it also tastes amazing. :)

What else a super-starving customer would expect from a cafe nearby when one gets all his hunger fulfilled with such good food in homely environment.. brilliant service by the staffs around, particularly the lady named Sita whose amazing service made my day.She deserves hats off from the whole team. Worth going back and definitely will😀😀😀🤗🤗

the tesco cafes food isnt too good tbh, its always either not cooked enough or its overcooked, although the staff are lovely and accomodating, in the main tesco part, especially the security
