TGI Friday's - Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham

Was lovely 😍 food and good service deffo be back again 👌

We found the service quite slow, but we did go in a party of 10ish people so maybe that is why. The parking is paid but you get it for free when eating here. The food was good though.

Great ambiance and very good table service from the staff. The food was excellent with great choices on the menu.

We came here this evening for my nieces birthday, really looking forward to it as I remember it used to be really fun and I was hoping it would be a lovely birthday treat.On the menu there are only 2 vegetarian options which is bad enough but they had run out of fajitas leaving me with one choice the beyond burger, the food came and was cold, and the burgers were missing mushroomswe couldn't be bothered to say anything and no one came over to ask how the food was, we also had to ask twice for drinks and children's coloring.Deserts- no ice cream! The one star is for the waitress who was friendly and polite, just such a shame about everything else. Won't be returning.

Last minute decision to have a meal here, was very busy but they accommodated us. Quick service, very good customer service, the lady who serves us was pleasantly attentive. Food was yum as always. Definitely go back again.

1st time visiting, would return. Good food- not the cheapest (although we did have sirloin steak tbf) but can't fault the service

My food was very nice and I love the sauce! Portion was very good as I had to take the rest home. Service is excellent and I was eating within first 20minutes of arriving. Will return soon! 😍

The restaurant and it's wonderful staff are great, however, the supplier for their TGI glaze has been changed under customers noses with a very poor imitation of the original. The new sauce tastes nothing like the original flavour though, and does not compliment any of the food, contrary to the original sauce which in my estimation is a large part of the reason for TGI success. Even employees have a hard time defending this, as when I confronted a member of staff to query the sauce, they already spoke out loud my concerns before I could say another word.. it doesn't take a genius to work out that this is a mistake. It's akin to McDonald's changing the Big Mac sauce and expecting nobody to notice. These are iconic flavours, and it boggles my mind that TGI would resort to this kind of money saving tactic with their most important flavour. The stuff they import from the US is the only real TGI Glaze. This new brexit UK made sauce is rancid honestly and you couldn't pay me to eat with it.Note: I'm a customer who frequently ordered food at Sutton Coldfield branch and would be considered a regular. We have good relations with the staff who have become familiar with me due to the frequency with which I order. It's regrettable that I will no longer be ordering from any TGI restaurant due to the change but I cannot fault any individual at Sutton Coldfield for this. The team there are friendly and super helpful anytime there's the slightest of problems and I'll miss the friendly service they always provided.

Food was ok good location downside was the ladies toilets were disgusting and service not great. Waited to pay bill asked 3 waiters nothing waited and eventually someone did come not great!

I have to give TGIs their props, I had a really nice time and really enjoyed my food! Had the shrimp instead of the chicken strips for starters, with the Jack Daniels BBQ glaze sauce ofc! 🤤 Then I had the Chicken and Bacon Club Sandwich for main... Came with avocado and tomato relish type situation with a guacamole dip, all on a brioche bun... 👌🏾🤤🤤 Delicious! I was sooo full but still found space to squeeze in a lotus biscoff, caramel Sunday topped with toasted marshmallow... 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Haha, really nice! And the staff were really lovely as well, great Father's Day outing 😁
