tgi fridays in Birmingham

I was really disappointed in the service, it was slow even though the place wasn't even half full. The wait for the food was long and the value for money was poor. The burgers weren't anything worth shouting about and yet the prices were stupid for the portion size. Won't be going back

I've attended a few times before and never had a problem.However when I recently attended, it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge our table to take any kind of order.It took over half an hour for our drinks order to arrive. During this time, other tables both larger than my group and smaller had received their orders (both food and drinks) before us, even though they had been seated a while later.The customer service was absolutely poor.

Booked a table for sons birthday 1st time eating here which i have wanted to do for a while but definitely will be my last. Sat in the entrance waiting to be seated they were turning people away saying they were full when we got in there half empty, service was so slow wrong fries on plate even after we ate asking for the bill was just as bad myself and some party went to get kids in the car someone soon come running thinking we weren't paying even though hubby was still in waiting to pay need to get act together truly disappointed.

Nice and clean with a good atmosphere. However we were kept waiting for 30 mins even though we had pre-booked and the restaurant was relatively empty.The food was nice but expensive. Definitely not value for money and left us considering the chip shop on the way home.The cocktails were delicious but mainly ice. I'd go back for drinks rather than food.We had 2 main meals, 3 cocktails (regular size), 2 refillable soft drinks and 1 dessert. The bill came to just over £70.The rump steak in the picture cost £20.

Daniels customer service was great, he is a hard working individual with some of the best skills I have seen in customer service in a long time. He went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our drinks and meal. Sadly we missed our table booking but managed to get in a 8pm, he offered to serve us food at the bar as it was quiet and cut a hour off the wait! The food was lovely, so thank you!

My friends and i visited TGI on a Thursday it wasn't too busy but theservice wasn't good at all it was very slow we ordered 2 rounds of drinks, both times it took about 20 minutes to come and when we asked for things like water and BBQ sauce it never came. No check back was made so i couldn't ask for it again. Our section that we were sat in still had dirty things on for the majority of time we was there.The food on the other hand was great, nice portion size very filling and the drinks didn't disappoint either.I do know the name of our server but i don't want to get anyone in trouble, i work in this industry myself so i do know what its like but this was just unacceptable.

The food was great however we were celebrating our friends birthday and we let them know 3 times, and no one came to sing for them. :(

Slow service throughout when it was not too busy. Food was excellent as always. Staff were friendly. Location clean and tidy.

Staff shortage so waited by the entrance 15 minutes nice clean environment went for lunch so being a vegetarian I had the cheesy taco 🌮 which was nice my daughter had the chicken strips and wings which she enjoyed and purple rain 🌂 drink..

I went to TGI's Birmingham for my birthday meal.The staff was friendly and attentive. However, it took a while for the food to arrive.I tried Fridays sesame chicken strips with house fries , the chicken was quite nice especially the Jack Daniels sauce.In the end without expecting I was treated with the slice of birthday cake and the staff also sang Happy Birthday ! Made my day extra special, thank you :)Would go again to try other things !!
