It was ok, not worth the price but just ok, everything tasted ok but there were tiny things like the topping in the loaded fries was not a lot, it would have been fine except you pay £2 extra for it and the pulled beef wasn't very well pulled, it was still a large hunk so there was no sauce between the shreds and it still tastes nice but you just get the sense it could be better and you have paid for it to be better, like the beef dripping gravy was stone cold. It's not meal destroying, you can just leave the little pot, but why? The soft drinks are bottomless but come with a full glass of ice so once decent draw on the straw and you are flagging down someone for a refill. It feels careless

Cool, stylish place, kind and nice staff, tasty food, great drinks! Will definitely visit again!

Seated promptly which was good. But why when the restaurant is not busy do they always seat you next to another table of guest? Hayley came back to take our drinks order and our meal order.Food came out quickly, we had only ordered burger and fries which does not take long to cook i suppose. Food was average, my brioche bun was dry. The restaurant was decorated in an American style but the food was not how the American do it.Would not rush to go back.

Good food. The burgers are good but limited options outside of beef. Liked the free dessert though.

Not good at all unfortunately. Me and my family went there yesterday for dinner. The design of the restaurant was really nice and cool but our table had little light and it was a bit of a struggle to see the menu. We order drinks and ask few more minutes to order food as I haven't personally decided. Unfortunately we had to wait almost 1h to order the food...we were all confused by why when we saw more attention around other tables but not ours. We finally order the food and we waited another 40 min. When one of the burger comes (the biggest one on the menu and even the most expensive) some items were missing not to mention it was cold. The food doesn't taste as good and the service is quite poor. For what we have spent there is better restaurant in city centre and bridley place that cost less and quality is so much better! We all felt really sick afterwords and this morning still. I have no idea what they put in the food but it not okay that 5 people out of 5 felt sick after going to eat there. I'll make sure to tell my friends to not go there.

I was really disappointed in the service, it was slow even though the place wasn't even half full. The wait for the food was long and the value for money was poor. The burgers weren't anything worth shouting about and yet the prices were stupid for the portion size. Won't be going back

Nice and clean with a good atmosphere. However we were kept waiting for 30 mins even though we had pre-booked and the restaurant was relatively empty. The food was nice but expensive. Definitely not value for money and left us considering the chip shop on the way home. The cocktails were delicious but mainly ice. I'd go back for drinks rather than food.We had 2 main meals, 3 cocktails (regular size), 2 refillable soft drinks and 1 dessert. The bill came to just over £70.The rump steak in the picture cost £20.

Slow service throughout when it was not too busy. Food was excellent as always. Staff were friendly. Location clean and tidy.

I went to TGI's Birmingham for my birthday meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, it took a while for the food to arrive.I tried Fridays sesame chicken strips with house fries , the chicken was quite nice especially the Jack Daniels sauce. In the end without expecting I was treated with the slice of birthday cake and the staff also sang Happy Birthday ! Made my day extra special, thank you :)Would go again to try other things !!
