Food is always nice but customer service is seriously lacking. Reasonably priced too for the portion sizes.

Masala fish in nan was bang fresh salad and the fish and chips in the box are banging . and the mix kebab and salad with chips I had other week was amazing best chip shop in small heath clean tidy staff are polite not rude . I rather pay extra and eat at a nice clean tidy friendly place and fresh food . I be back soon thanks .

Food was good but the time taken to prepare it was more time-consuming than other. Nice logo and varieties you can choose upon.

Masala cod is unexpectedly good! Chips is on average. Many people are looking forward to takeaway there. However the chicken is not seasoning and a bit wet… overall is awesome, just too long to waiting for.

Donner is superb taste wise. Get the donner and chips every time. Customer service is hit and miss try to improve in that regard.

After placing a order at 6.45pm they cancelled my order at half 8 when I had guest over and then they refused to answer the phone I use to be a regular here and going there to collect the food myself but after today I I'll steer well away also a few times item have been forgotten . Nice place to eat. Chicken doner chips are the best. Missed one star because you always forget to give sauces with takeaway orders. Last week I placed an order of almost 30£, when I came home and opened the bag there was no sauce dip inside. Really like your food. Delicious because it’s properly cooked. 🔥🔥

Tasty and fresh food, we had Seesh kebab, finger fish, masala fish and chicken shwarma with nan.Sitting of 8 people possible in door.Parking could be tricky at time but free ofcharge.Avoid going around 3pm school close time, they're very busy and crowded.

Where The Big Fish shines and sets itself apart from the traditional is its range of grilled foods. The kebab options are phenomenal and look sumptuous. This Islamic institution offers a range of meat options and freshly prepared nan to mop it up with.An excellent chippie alternative, with a small indoor seating area and brilliant value.
