Lovely environment, friendly staff, such a shame that the service is slow (waited 45 minutes for food) and that the sandwiches we ordered were on the dry side

·

Friendly staff and service...and didn't mind that we hadn't booked and were waiting for my sis to come . My Meal was delicious and tasty needed more duck but only a small plate . Burgers were nice . Wow the cherry bakewell cocktail was a dream ...😊Nice afternoon ... a special treat .!

Great place for drinks and the first time I went there to eat. Had the steak which was delicious. There cocktails are pretty good too.

This is the fifth Cosy Club I have visited during my week’s holiday and I was so well looked after by the staff. Food as ever was excellent. I was introduced to The Cosy Club chain by a fellow film maker. The theatrical ambience is perfect for creative minds. Wonderful places.

I only popped in to see what the drinks were like. Nice little place that makes good cocktails, especially the Cherry Bakewell and Cosy Colada.Somehow, there was someone who seemed homeless wandering around the inside of the building, and when they approached me, they were interrupted by one if the staff members who told them that they have been asked to leave and they're not allowed in here but they proceeded to not escort the person out and just let them wander to the back of the building again, not sure what it was all about but was a little off putting.

Old midland bank building. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of bottomless brunching going on by the looks of it.I'd have liked a more traditional ale though. Can't have everything!

·

Just stopped in for a peak and the place is amazing looking. If ever back in Cardiff, I will make a detour in order to eat or drink in that amazing atmosphere.

·

Friendly staff, good place for meeting and corporate events no covid-19 restrictions followed at corporate event finger food served, not labeled so had to guess the food being served, the staff were helpful when asked, but it would have been nice if place notes of food being served rather than guessing and or waiting for a staff member what was being served. Usually good service not sure if this is due to covid-19 related

Beautiful food and drinks. Friendly staff, and lovely interior with candles even during the day time. Always enjoy visiting here.
