The Edgbaston Tap in Birmingham

These last few weeks have been infuriating. Its under new management and the locals r annoyed. There were no ibtroducrions, 'hello i'm x, i' m here from next monday. So wrve had the bar closed ater a oarty goer threw a popper or some such things. Locals were not served after this. The party finished early, police were called and pub closed next dat. Over laat two weeks the front exit nea tge shops have a ' use other door ' notice on. Should customers be sitting in a pub with alocked door? Oldtimers, used to one etrance / exit are having to walk further. There r 3 security guys for our 'protection i see it as intimidation. Christmas is coming. Local residents r used to christmas dinne. Old folks r used to a sunday afternoon meal. Alienating locals is not a good way to start.
