Food is amazing & the staff couldn't be any better.

The menu was very big, so we did indeed order a lot!😂 Which we are so glad we did. Food was to die for! So tasty and loved the presentation of it all. Cant recommend enough!!!!

I absolutely love this place and have been a few times now. One of the best gluten free menus in Birmingham. Food is amazing. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Luke, Isabelle and the rest of the lovely team at Hickorys Smokehouse Castle Bromwich, provided outstanding service on the 18/02/22 around 8.30pm.The food was amazing and such good value for money. It all came out in a timely manner. It was my partners bday and Isabelle our waitress, made a lovely bday board which you can see down below, and provided a complimentary drink. They made us feel special which you rarely get these days.Thanks to all at Hickorys

This was the third time I'd been here in the last couple of months and I cannot get enough of this restaurant, from the exceptional customer service to the amazing food and the cute little cinema to keep the kids occupied whilst mummy's have a cocktail or two!! I love this place and the portion sizes for the food ate amazing too!! Great value for money!! Booking my 4th visit soon!! We can't wait!!

Incredible place! My new favourite. The atmosphere and decor is great, cocktails were fantastic and food was awesome. The brisket was beautiful, my American friend can confirm but the corn dogs were not so American (In size that is- he laughed and called them 'Gourmet'. 🤣 tasted amazing though)The staff were OK but could be way more attentive. I didn't really feel the service was that good. We didn't have a knife for example for over half the meal and it was the misses' birthday but we just got a plaque and that was it really. Had we had been given better service I probably would of spent twice the amount on food and drink, perhaps also staying for dessert.Also, the doors outside are really badly placed and there was a huge draft everytime someone left (we were sitting in the circus tent type space). Not ideal especially in the winter.The price was great too though and I'll definitely give it another shot for sure but hopefully the service was just a one time thing!

Food was lovely, very tasty and well prepared. One of the best bbq meat I eat ever. Local was very clean and the staff was super polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Me and my partner love coming here for food, lovely service, amazing food, happy experience all round... Our server was Baillie last night and she was so pleasant and helpful, couldn't do enough for us, I asked her advice on the cocktail choice and she was more than happy to help... Will always return here

Lovely experience at Hickorys again this evening. Food was excellent and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Being Coeliac and having to eat a strict Gluten free diet, eating out can be daunting but the staff made me feel safe to do so. The gluten free menu had alot of choice and the food arrived with a flag in it and it was confirmed it was the gluten free dish. We would definitely recommend 😁
