The Lounge at Boldmere in Birmingham

Amazing staff, super friendly. We are a group of mums that go there every week now, and the staff are super accommodating, really helpful. The food is INCREDIBLE! I am Vegan and absolutely love the creamy mushroom pie that the chef makes. It’s arguably the best pie I’ve ever had in my life hands down! And it’s served up with delicious veg & fries too! Highly recommend the place for sure!

Family of 8 visited tonight. Some items not available on the menu. However the chef was very accommodating and cooked 3 of our party chilli con carne and rice.Nothing was too much trouble. The food was so nice, service was very attentive and we really enjoyed our evening. We will definitely be back.

Without doubt one of the worst experiences I’ve had ! The bar staff were very friendly but the kitchen staff were shocking. On arrival we had to ask for menus which were pointed out and we placed our order . I personally ordered a starter whilst others ordered a main meal . In excess of 90 minutes later the main orders arrived and it was at this point I was told the starter I’d ordered was unavailable ! No apology offered , no compensation offered ! The place is a shambles and I certainly have NO intention of returning.

Food reasonable good atmosphere. Staff very friendly an helpful x

Friendly team, lovely venue. Carvery loads of choice & excellent value. Dog friendly & alcohol licence. Beer reasonably priced. I highly recommend

Excellent service and excellent food, we had pan fried steak with mushrooms and onions, with salad and chips, definitely recommend we will be going again 😋

Been twice in the last few weeks and have been unable to get food. The first time the American menu was advertised but not available when I went during the week. The second time I went about 4:30pm on Sunday and they had run out of caverys. Also the music was turned up while we were there and it just meant that everyone was shouting at each other. I hope I get a better experience next time as I used to enjoy coming here before COVID hit.

Popped in for a quick quick on my way through and couldn't fault it. The decor is very upmarket but with reasonable drink prices.I was served by a lovely member of staff called Leah. She was very attentive, made suggestions of drinks I might like and was constantly cleaning. All in all a five star experience without the hefty price tag.

The Beatles tribute band. Excellent music. Nice atmosphere. We got there early to get a seat. It filled up quite quickly. Pretty lights. Cosy atmosphere. Great bar staff

Awesome venue! Sat with the family on a Sunday afternoon, sun shining on their beautiful front terrace. BBQ blazing! Excellent setting! Beautiful food. Would highly recommend x
