The Lounge in Birmingham

Great place to get all kinds of milkshakes as I have used them many times and have always received great service, delivered on time, they have a huge menu to choose from to satisfy all them sweet tast buds, if you haven't already tried the lounge the what you waiting for this place is a must to try and you will come to enjoy their milkshakes again and again and will recommend to others, they also cater for small functions. Great food value for money with grand service.

Was really hot inside when we went. Food was great although they didn't seem to have any Control of the internal temperature. Best time to go would be in winter.

Ordered at 11pm and desserts were delivered a whole 2 hours and 15 minutes later- hot cookie dough was cold!

Nice deserts just very late.the bilioner ice cream was lush my bro Adam really likes it

Usually it’s my favourite place to order desserts. I ordered at 8.30pm last night was told delivery time was 10pm, waited over an hour for the food and even when it come it wasn’t as nice as normal. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again

This is a very good food place I’ll rate you for that. My food took 3 hours because the delivery guy which I don’t condone to blame but the person on the phone took in the wrong address

Ordered and collected Oreo milkshakes. Tasted like vanilla with barely a taste of Oreo. Waste of money

I ordered over 2 hours ago there milkshake doesn't taste like nothing all you can taste is milk I don't recommend it
