Without fail I am always made to wait because they are understaffed and prioritise online orders. Todays wait has been 45 mins at the front of the queue and not even acknowledged and no apology.

Missing items from deliveroo, no concern or care given by manager when we called. Other items were cold and greasey 😐

The Olive Tree Fish Bar & Mediterranean Grill isn't my personal favourite fish & chips but when I do come here it is always clean with hot and fresh food.I would recommend people who are near to come here.

Lovely large cod fish and chips and very tasty large mixed kebab. Chip portion generous, kebab meat portion less so, but very tasty nonetheless. Fish was yummy. Price slightly above average but reflected in quality which couldn't fault. Been here before, will go again!

The food is good to be honest nice range freshly cooked , however the guy in black behind the counter wow i have never met to such an arrogant bully in my life. the older guy behind the counter was being bullied the whole time i was there. When i ordered i was growled at that i should of ordered on arrival. the board says items which are starred my items (in fact most of the board didnt). Dont order halloumi they never have it. Generally great food so good customer service

Had Scottish Cod & Chips this evening. Cod ok but nothing special. New Potatoes now frying for chips, always find them a bit too greasy😫. Overall OK but nothing special

Generally this chip shop is just above average. The staff could be more friendlier (my 4th visit) however my main gripe is the portion sizes. In comparison to the other shops in the area the portions are small. I understand that the prices have a premium as the shop falls under the Sutton Coldfield postcode.. but let's at least stick to the correct portion sizes.. you can't exaggerate prices & serve smaller portions.. that is not fair... (I feel cheated)one or the other... then again, you can do whatever you want right?I will not come back. I only came back because the other chip shop was closed...Problem solved.
