Nice little pub and lovely staff

The people who frequent here sure like to heckle cyclists riding past here in the evenings...

Popped in for a quick bite to eat after shopping. Great food, polite & speedy service, food was available and brought to table fast, hot and delicious. Would recommend The Spread Eagle for food and service 10/10 👏👏👏

Nice and cheap here just like a typical spoons bar staff are lovely and if you are from round the area you'll see a few faces you'll know

Wetherspon are always a good place for a great deal and good service if you want a simple meal . Not fancy but we know what to expect . Very happy with the hole experience.

Staff were great. If there was a swear jar for the clientele it would be full by midday. Ale was good, just a shame so many of the locals are Carling Academy. Had "All day Brunch" which was the highlight.This place has a bit of a reputation, I'd call it caracter.Il be back.

As usual with Wethers, it accurately represents the diversity of the local population. Service and quality immaculate as usual.
