The Three Horses - Sizzling Pubs in Birmingham

Came here to test the new menu. Food came out at different times and then 1 of our dishes was wrong. Food wasn't the best as the sizzler plate veg was so soggy. The jerk chicken was bland and flavourless . Wanted dessert but bar was rammed so i scanned the code to do online order. Told me the table number was invalid so that was that. After waiting 10-15mins up the bar to be served we were told we could have dessert but to come back in 20mins to order it but 1 was out of stock. By this point we had enough and left.No other pubs hsve ever told me to come back up in 20mins to order dessert.Going to stick to my local in future as i wont be coming here again

The staff. (Not all)... Are very rude ... No proper customer service and everything is a huff and puff kind of atmosphere when u ask a question. Manager (glasses.).. Complete waste of time.. no cutlery no condiments..OR We were NOT Told where to get them..!!

Visited with friends one Friday night for a drink and food, pleasantly surprised, food was excellent as was the service, will definitely return

Food was excellent and Mandy the waitress was very helpful and pleasant even though she was very busy waitressing and serving behind bar.

Felt safe and secure, staff friendly and helpful and our meal was very good

Really nice food in quiet surroundings with friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit

Always a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately marked down as they never have the Cottage pie. Should take it off the menu. Other than that it's a great place

Nice food, good prices, friendly staff. Best in the area. Good atmosphere too.

Great but don't order drinks through the app, it goes to the kitchen and dint think there's much communication between the bar and kitchen. Food took forever to come out. The bar staff/server was very apologetic and friendly.

Very nice and friendly staff, good atmosphere, I would recommend to everyone. Definitely will come back ,food is excellent 👌
