Decent place. The missus said her crepe was nice. My chocolate fudge cake was nice and presented well. Service was okay. Not too shabby sitting inside.

Very narrow set up, customers service wasn't great, one looked confused and the other didn't look happy to be there. Making the order was simple enough, although there range of drinks weren't great, just coca cola and two other soft drinks and the music was so load I wasn't sure they would hear me correctly. Their coffee machine wasn't working so I was in for a long night. We sat at a wonky table at the back of the place, had to shove two menus under the legs to stop it from rocking. Food was not too bad for the price we paid. Would have been 3/4* but what worried me the most was during our time there we could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana. We were so far into the restaurant it wasn't coming from outside but either the kitchen or bathroom.

Best waffles, pancakes, milkshakes, crepes and any other dessert you can think of in Birmingham. Friendly and helpful staff. Genuine people.Also owned by good people, heard they donate desserts to a local mosque for Iftar. They won’t tell you that so I wanted to highlight it. Check them out.

We ordered our dessert from The Waffle Project,considering I am not a dessert lover, I really enjoyed cookie dough and waffles with vanilla and passion fruit ice cream. My personal favourite was the waffle. Highly recommended!

Pretty good waffles. As you'd hope for somewhere called The Waffle Project. I had to substitute an ice cream on the menu as they'd replaced it with something else, but other than that, all good.

Very good costumers service. I had tried the cookie dough which was very nice and the price is reasonable as well.

Food is really tasty here. Price is quite usual for this sort of place. The customer service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Good if you like waffles and have a sweet tooth.

Absolutely brilliant. Some of the best waffles I've ever had. The range of toppings and ice creams are brilliant. Very clean inside. Good atmosphere. Great diner-style interior. Quick and helpful service. Well worth a sugar-filled trip!

As always.....really friendly staff who are happy to help with dessert recommendations. Dont worry if your order takes a little long as each waffle is freshly made!! A great selection of ice creams, sauces, toppings etc. Always handy that you can make phone orders too.
