We didn't have long for lunch so we asked if they could rush us through and give us take away boxes so we could take the food away if we needed. Staff were very happy to oblige. Within 30mins, we had eaten and got back to work.

Nice place at the Bullring Birmingham. A bit pricey. Best dirty vegan burger. Brunch - advacado on soudough had no taste looked nice but not recomended

I cannot fault the service one bit. The pancakes were faultless and portion size was filling; they were the best we ever had and would recommend anyone to try them. Also, the smoothies are to die for. Will 100% visit again.

To be honest, I have never had a bad meal at any branch of Bill's, but I think this one was the best! We ordered off the Valentine's set menu and every dish we had was exceptionally and surprisingly delicious!! Would highly recommend!!

A lovely breakfast with kind and helpful staff smashed avacado and eggs never fails. Great experience not my first visit to bills and not my last ;) would recommend

Really enjoyed my visit to Bill's. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We tried the burgers - which were tasty and filling. Also tried the carrot cake doughnuts - they were nice.

Food was delicious. Service was good. We were found a table even though we hadn't booked and it was quite busy so we appreciated it very much. Sadly, I took a star off as I don't agree with having a service charge thrown onto a bill without being verbally told or asked. I am usually a very fair tipper however, I do feel people shouldn't be made to tip. We do not tip in other industries where staff earn the same/less than servers so we shouldn't have to tip when going to a restaurant. As I said I would've tipped anyway but I don't think it should just be expected of everyone. It should be a bonus to be tipped and it should reflect a good job being done. It shouldn't be regardless of how your server treats you.

Decided to eat here on Saturday night, no booking, although it was busy we were seated pretty quickly and service was fast! We had the buffalo chicken burger and a beef burger which were delicious. Would definitely recommend this place, no complaints!

Came here on a busy Saturday during Pride weekend with a work colleague. Within 30mins, we had eaten and got back to work.Considering it is such a busy day, we are very grateful, thank you Bills!I got the dirty vegan burger and my colleague got the dumpling and calamari starters. All were delicious 😋

The decor is absolutely lovely and the ambience is great for a lazy brunch or lunch. They have a good variety of food and drinks on the menu. The service was really good, and the food was delicious, with good size portions. It was very busy though so probably best to make a reservation before you go.
