Toby Carvery Kings Norton in Birmingham

Placed an order over the app when collected we was three meals Short contacted Toby Carvery when we was halfway home to tell them that they had forgotten two other meals and aside she said she was going to report to the kitchen and I explained we was on the way back bearing in mind we had already travelled at least seven minutes away from the pub and then had to return wait for them to correct the order did not replace the food that was going cold in the bag. Finally got home to Have a freezing meal on Mother’s Day that cost £50 absolute disgrace portion size was disgusting not happy will not be coming here again.

Good carvery. Not overly busy on the Sunday (although a little more expensive) My kids loved the Yorkshire pud, Turkey and the chance to select the veg! (I piled on everything). Will visit again.

Been to this Toby Carvery many times over the last few years and it’s always a lovely experience. Often get served by the lovely Beth who is very attentive, accommodating and makes you feel like such a valued customer. As well as the service, the food is great! Great vegetarian options and soft drink choices for when you’re driving Lovely place and will keep returning :)

came here for dinner tonight with my boyfriend and the experience overall was okay, service was a bit slow but it was a Saturday so not surprised. The food was nice besides the meat which was disappointing it was very dry I had to drown it in gravy I think it would be better if staff stayed on top of food being served as I had to ask twice for 2 things to be brought out fresh but was a friendly environment and good for the price so thankyou for a nice evening.

Danny mayo serving the food was very friendly and had some good customer service.The watering staff was polite.The food was okay, but a little fatty on the meat compared to other toby carverys.

Fantastic carvery. Great choice of vegetables. Staff very obliging particularly as I am disabled and they helped carry my plate from carvery to table. I didn't have to ask.

Visited for breakfast. Deb, and the other server at the tills, were polite, welcoming and attentive. The food was good quality. A really pleasant visit.

Typical Toby Carvery but they do deserve 5stars. The food was done to perfection and fresh, not overheated by the lights. Complements to the chef's. Staff were very friendly. Would visit regularly.

Rude waitress, she had short blonde curly hair. Huffing and puffing while waiting for us to give her our order. The meat was very dry and tough couldn't even chew it. Did tell the rude waitress but she wasn't interested.

Beautiful place.Car park is pay and display.We arrived there on Saturday around 19:30. The restaurant was 90% full.We were waiting about 5 minutes to someone greeting Us.Finally we got table. The waiter came quickly. He was friendly and helpful.Carvery: should be roast lamb as one of the choices, but wasn't available. Everything looked fresh and nice.My friends had carvery, but I have ordered food from the menu. My food arrived after least 45 minutes (bowl of soup and prawn salad.) My friends already have had their dinner by the time I got mine.The atmosphere was nice with the Christmas decorations.Overall yes, I would go back and I will go back if I will be nearby.
