Great vegan options & customer service highly recommend!

Second time dining in at Wagamama’s and also this branch. Customer service was excellent, the staff are very bubbly and friendly. The food was beautiful, along with the fresh juices. I ordered the chicken steamed gyoza’s (chicken dumplings) and bbq beef hirata buns for starters. I then ordered the chicken firecracker for my main and also a fresh tropical juice. Will definitely be back soon to try another tasty dish!

Amazing, gast service, lovely food and just an all round great place

Amazing food. So many vegan options, which are always unreal! More importantly, the staff are always polite, and go above and beyond. Every time myself and my boyfriend come in (which seems to be once a week recently) we have the best customer service from Ali. He’s one of the main reasons we always return; he’s a credit to the company! And today, we had lovely service from Max, who was also vegan which was nice to know. We both couldn’t recommend more!

This was my first time at Wagamama after it having been recommended by some friends, and I am glad we went. We loved the food! The menu includes a mix of Asian food for all appetites.We loved it! We were tended to really quickly and our dishes were served really fast. We ordered just one sharing plate and after that our mains came really quickly. If we wanted, we could have left in an hour! The food was delicious, truly. I will definitely repeat either by dining there or ordering. The place is spacious and nice. It is slightly more expensive than other places but I think it's worth it. If you like Wagamama then you’ll get the same experience here if not in a nice location with a spacious interior. The food is the same as any other so expect good but not amazing ‘Asian’ food. The service here was great. The entrance isn’t especially inviting but there is a lift for those that need it. Overall a good experience but I have been to other, better places for authentic Japanese food in Birmingham.

Went out for lunch with my daughter today and was approached by 2 members of staff offering tasters from the menu. We liked the samples and decided to give it go. From start to finish the service was excellent. Staff friendly and polite. The food was also very tasty! Could not fault this visit in the slightest and happy we chose to go here. Well done guys and Thank you 🙏

It was my first visit to Wagamama Brindley Place Birmingham and I tried firecracker Chicken # 92 from the menu, we were a large group and Ali and his team gave us a very warm welcome and made our dining experience special. The food tastes so good that I am already planning my next visit with friends.

Absolutely beautiful location and brilliant a service making my birthday celebration extra special. A special thanks to Ali, Aga and Charlie for looking after us and bringing out my surprise birthday cake. Great experience and excellent food.
