Since covid, it has changed alot. I miss picking what looks interesting from the conveyor as it goes by. Now you need a QR reader on your phone to order.Still the same super high quality of food.If you're only experience with sushi is supermarket pavk then PLEASE eat here because this is what it should taste like. I come here whenever I can because it's just amazing. I wish there was a Yo! closer to home for me but it still stays a special day out treat lunch.Recommend my favorite; tempura rolls and maki youre new to sushi! Ive never been fond of the salmon side of sushi.Theres alot on the menu I havent tried yet!Absolutely great place

Went for lunch on a weekday. manager is extremely rude and passive aggressive, has no clear service skills and needs to have some solid experience. Carries on wondering off, not clearing tables or getting food after it didn’t arrive even though we asked. Asked a waitress and she was really nice and got it straight away. Well done that she don’t take pointers from her manager 😂

visited friday 18/02/2022 around 5pm. Being specific as management should really re interview the older guy (total of 2 ) who was working on that day. This chap was so unenthusiastic to be there and had no customer service at all.Went with my wife and 2 kids , hoping to get the kids eat free discount for half term, firstly this staff member made no mention of this as you would expect. When we inquired he said you had to spend a total of 20 pounds to get 2 kids meals free.(which we did and I hope this is the current policy). He told us it may apply automatically at checkout if not to let him know . It did not apply automatically and we sat and waited for what seemed like eons for him to make another appearance . By this time we asked the younger guy who was on duty who gave us a code. Finally after waiting for so long we were able to order our food. When the drink came I had 2 kids that needed straws to drink ,again no site of this man.(maybe he goes shopping in between). As our table piled up with used dishes he was still nowhere to be seen. We decided to help ourselves and placed the used dishes on the moving belt, and tada! he showed up to firmly let us know NOT TO DO THAT!. Such customer service from this guy , moving from not engaging with us at all to a rather confrontational feeling DON'T DO THAT.We love yo sushi and have always had a great experience otherwise but staff members like this really need to decide if they want to work there or not .

Came on Saturday during very busy lunch it was our first visit and did not disappoint, service attentive , everything explained very well, it was fun how the belt brings your food. All the food we had were full of flavour and freshly made in front of us. Will return for sure.

A glass of water is very dirty it have lipstick on a glass and the water is dirty they have small hair and dust in side bottles of water or a glass I not sure.

Very Disappointed! They charged for service but no service at all. I even had to ask for the wasabi paste. The sushi option is less and the rice is hard and cold. The ramen noddles is not real ramen, not chewy. Overall is pricy. The food quality is not worthy for the price. I am surprised that it received so many high ratings. Have I been to the same restaurant..

Good always good. Food great. Sadly during the time of writing this review the menu was limited. Very limited. Can only order and pay via a smart app you have to scan a QR code. Register an account etc. bit of pain but we are reviewing the food and staff. Can’t ask for any more. Everyone was lovely

The restaurant has adopted a new and effective layout for covid prevention, which runs smoothly. The staff were attentive and kind, however the sushi is pricey.

We wanted a quick and light lunch so we picked Yo! Sushi. Whilst the place is tastefully decorated, the food is rather disappointing. The flavors are not wholesome leaving more room for improvement. The sauces are typically central kitchen delivered sauces. The beef teriyaki is hard and over powered by the taste of shoyu. The curry pumpkin croquet has little flavor. The sushi rolls were mushy indicating that the rice has been over cooked. I’m Asian and may have a different taste palate.

Our waiter Jose was incredible ! He made our entire stay infinitely more enjoyable! He was very patient and helpfully even though we were a bit rowdy. 11/10 for the staff!!! The food is delicious but the portions were more on the small size.
