Zaffs Food Diner in Birmingham

Watch your change. I have been over charged here the last few times I have visited. The food is of medium quality and the portions small. The toilet is permanently out of order. They serve regulars first even if they are last in the queue. The food in the chiller cabinet looks like it's been in there for months.

It's not for everyone. It's had its days. They need to re-brand. The freshness of food is very questionable at times. I don't recommend the burgers. The pizzas seem to be something; however, the food, services, and seating areas need a fresh new start

Worst grilled tikka burger,filled with mayonnaise and salad and barely any chicken kanjoos people can't give my money worth of food to me. Wouldn't recommend

Been going here for over 15 years whenever I visit Birmingham, you have to try the mix meat with chips chicken tikka and donnar meat

The food was great - meat feast pizza, chicken fillet burger, fries and Rubicon Mango. However the store is cold as the front door doesn't close properly on it's own. Furthermore the toilet was out of service and parking on the adjacent road is un-nerving to leave your car. This is because it is dark and tight so cars/people can easily scratch/damage vehicles.Therefore I had to sit next to the window and had my heart in my mouth everytime a car or pedestrian walked past outside. There is a lidl car park opposite but it is unclear if anyone can legally park there after store closing times.All that being said though, the staff provided a quick service and the prices are great.

The food here is good not all of them tho. The wrap is tasty but the fried chicken and the burger is nasty. The customer service is terrible very rude to customers.

Standard(ish) kebab shop, they do pizza, burgers and Donner. The restaurants is located on a busy road opposite Lidl. The area is quite fun down however the restaurant was clean and had good seating areas. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. The lamb appears like standard Donner but on taste it is very different, the meat had spices in it giving it a nice unique taste, also the spicy sauce had a lovely taste to it. I ordered just the Donner burger, prices are cheap for the quality of food. Good visit, worth the try.

Good relaxed environment to eat and varied menu. Place to wash and comfortable seats.
