I went here with my partner on a Tuesday night at 8PM. The service was not great. When seated it and given our menus, it was not clear if we could only order from the app, or have table service, something which would of been useful to know. Also, there was no checking to see if we would like any more drinks, or if the food was satisfactory etc etc. The starter was calamari, which was poorly done. Not a lot of flavour and not much effort put into it. This being said, the Piccante pizza - which is advertised as their special - was lovely, tasty and well done. My partner loved her vegan pizza also.I used vouchers to pay for this meal, but if I had spent my money, I may of been less impressed than I am now, not a bad experience, but I won't be in a rush to go back here again.

fantastic delicious food always delivered hot and fresh and on time. Lovely location next to the canal and never having any problems walking straight in and grabbing a table. Ive visited this restaurant several times and would highly recommend the staff are very friendly and the food is just amazing

First time been here today, we’re for a lunch with my friend and came for dinner as well. Ordered a King prawn pasta and was spicy for me so the manager change it to me, got carbonara and really enjoyed it. The manager on the floor was Anna which gave us a warm welcoming. And was leading all the staff to make sure the customers are happy. Well done! Will be back here! Thank you for looking after us so well!💜

We went on the 20.2.22 for our friends birthday,a party of 9. We seated at 1pm but didn't get our mains till 2:40pm and almost had to have them removed as we had plans booked for 3pmThe meals were all perfect bar one which was meant to have a sauce arrive with it, the sauce wasn't brought out and when queried the sauce was brought out still partially frozen more of a slush than a sauce. Both the chef and waitress failed to realise this, due to being short on time we couldn't raise this issue.We asked for water for the table the glasses were provided quickly but the water it's self had a 25 minute delay.When paying for the bill we were informed that the manager wouldn't accept the party's 2 blue light cards (NHS discount) because of the size of our group

My friends and I went to celebrate my friend's 30th Birthday, we were seated at 1pm and ordered within half an hour but didn't recieve our food until 2:40pm so we felt we had to discuss with the staff about removing them from the bill as we had plans to move on at 3pm.One of us asked for a glass of water and was told that they would just bring us a jug and glasses for us all to help ourselves. The glasses were brought to us straight away but the water itself was not to the point that he had to ask again (25 minutes plus arrived after starters).All but one of our party had no issues with the quality of the meals we received.One meal was delivered without the sauce that was shown on the menu & when queried it was brought to the table but it was still frozen. As we were short on time he didn't bring this to the attention of the staff, again the other meals we received were fine no issues.However when paying the bill we were then told that the manager would not accept the blue light card at all as our party was too large (9 members two of which hold a blue light card) Not really impressed with the service that we received & won't be using this particular branch again.

Amazing, great service great food warm and friendly greeted by manager. Great glass of Multipiciano and the calamari so fresh. Just needed a little chilli and pepper. Amazing pizza. So accommodating and the star of the night Christian our waiter. Warm friendly and real good conversation a great night out thank you

Nice and tasty food that was reasonably priced. Vegan options are available with dessert choices too. The waiter was super friendly and really helpful to us and the family who were sat next to us. Excellent from start to finish. It's a shame that I didn't get his name.

I like pizza but this has to be the best one I had ever had. I had a vegetarian option the base was perfect and the topping full of different flavours. The presentation just added to the whole experience

Well what can I say..We visited Tuesday evening 30 December 2021.From the outset the venue was not very welcoming - despite being practically empty.The two ladies that were serving tables were rude and their demina left a lot to be desired. An example is that our table was attended by a lady slouching with her hand on her hip saying matter of factly "do you want anything else"When I was asked what the food was like I replied that "it was not bad" there followed an eye roll and the server walked off.When we finally paid the bill and went to leave the venue there was no good bye, we'll see you again etc.The main food was presented well. The dessert did not look that good but tasted ok.We have not been to Zizzi before as usually go to Ask, Prezzo or Bellini's but thought we would give it a try Unfortunately, this was our first and last time at Zizzi.

Food was great, really love the new chicken thighs calabrese. Service was friendly and helpful but a little patchy. Our second round of drinks arrived after we had finished eating, but they quickly agreed to cancel them from the bill and take them away
