Went here for a quick meal with our grandaughter. Really impressed. Staff were incredibly helpful, food was lovely and the child menu is good too. Reasonable pricing and very child friendly. A good experience all round.

Nice place, plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Menu is reasonable but quite limited. Great for kids, soft play area in the restaurant. I visited on Sunday, it was very busy could have been a lot cleaner but I put that down to how busy it was.

Good efficient service. Nice food and competitively priced. Would go again. Staff very helpful

Pleasantly surprised. Went in for a casual pre Christmas lunch. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Nice to see staff with personality and a smile on their faces. The food was nice, and also hot.The atmosphere was good, and the surroundings clean and tidy.I have to say it was far better than I thought it would be. Ideal place for casual food.

Lovely restaurant to dine in with the children. You can seat down and enjoy yourself while your children play at the indoor play area under the same roof (£3.50 entrance per child). You can keep an eye of them all of the time. Food was lovely too. Staff very friendly. They accept Blue Light Card (bonus 👍).

What a lovely place !We opted to eat in the soft play seating area , which was no problem to the staff, the restaurant was nicely presented and spacious too with various pocket money machines and drinks stations.Ella the lady working in the soft play area was kind , helpful, enthusiastic and really made our visit seem something special . She practically ran the wacky warehouse division alone and was competent, alert and efficient in everything she did . Going above and beyond for our 4 excited children .we travelled about half an hour and are really excited to revisit. If you just need a good old fashioned way to get out , let the kids burn off some energy and some surprising good, well priced pub grub , then this is the place !The excellent service made our evening even better thanks to Ella . Hope she is recognised for her hard work:)

The service was good albeit the meal seemed to take a while. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. Food was good and we will return again.

Awful food and rude staff!Went for breakfast but was greeted by a rude and abrupt staff member/manager. She was trying to have us order within 10 seconds of being there even though breakfast didn't finish for another 30 minutes. Walked to the table and was putting our baby in the highchair and she came over a second time telling us to order, literally a minute later?!The food was cold, hard and very poor quality.Wish I read the other reviews before wasting my money there!Avoid 👎

Lovely breakfast with Santa, really lovely staff all very pleasant and couldn't do enough to help you. They all work exceptionally hard. Thank you for making our Christmas eve breakfast one to remember. Happy Christmas all xx

Very disappointed. We arrived as per booking and stood waiting for at least 10 minutes before seated. We were not told at any point to order at the bar, so waited for someone to come, staff basically ignored us. After at least 20 minutes we attracted someone's attention who told us to order at bar. We left at this point and found an excellent fish and chips. Not good enough.
