Good food and pleasant atmosphere.I normally have a salad and my wife the muscles.The muscles are always cooked just right and accompanied by a wedge of bread, delicious.

Disgusted by how two members of staff treat potential customers on the phone. A girl answered and began to laugh inconsiderably down the phone, had no care as to the fact I was on the phone and could hear a young lad swearing quite loudly in the background while having a conversation with the girl on the phone. Saying “he’s a right c**t ay he”. Very disappointed and will be speaking with the manager at the next available time

Food is always fab. Lots of choice. Much prefer drinking and eating here to nearby flashier places.

French themed pub restaurant. Very lively, good service, good beer and food. Had the moules and frites with a pint of Enville ale. Booked there and then to try the Sunday lunch. Could we have more French cuisine on the menu please?

My second visit was as good as my first. Nice buzzing ambience without being noisy. A generally relaxed and pleasurable lunchtime and will return.

My grandaughter took me to have my third Covid jab and I was feeling pretty fed up so we decided to treat ourselves to a nice lunch.It was such a beautiful,golden Autumn day so we drove to Clent to the French Hen.We have been here quite a few times and it never disappoints.Lunch in the bar with a couple of drinks and my mood was raised and we left full of delicious food and good cheer.Thankyou,French Hen in this time of" plague",you were a haven of peace.
