Greggs in Bromsgrove

First and last time I will ever use Greg'sStaff ok steak sliceTasteless just no taste seasoning it was like eating a limp piece of cardboard with slop.i side itIs this the norm.or could it be the cookSausage rolls cold although slice was said to be warm it was not just a rip off even my coffee was only luke warm 🤮🤮

Need more wraps available,not just sandwiches or baguettes

Disgusting, ordered a vegan glased donut even though the colleges at the shop assured me that is was gluten free. Once I had got home I looked on the back of the packet to make EXTREMELY sure is was gluten free and in the ingredients list was "wheat flour" was just about to eat these. Very sad and disappointed.

Dont advertise that you serve breakfast till 11am jf you gonna run out of everything at 10.40. And its not the 1st time. Or let your customers know instead of letting them stand in a long que. Terrible service

Staff are rude and have no people skills. Poor reflection for Greggs and no doubt covid will be used a poor excuse for poor people skills amongst staff! This refers to the High Street store. Email sent but Greggs haven't replied.

This branch is generally really just at lunchtimes (which is when I go in) however the girls are always polite courteous and helpful. Manager is focussed on delivering good customer service and does it well. A fine example to her staff.
