Kfc in Bromsgrove

Extremely slow at preparing orders and always lack in stocking various items.

Order things twice on Uber eat, both times they send us corns and beans instead of mashed potatoes which we have ordered. We called them and they just told us they doesn’t have any mashed potatoes and the attitude is not quite good. They didn’t communicate with us in advance but just changed our order. And there isn’t any compensation afterwards. Pretty sure we won’t order anything from here after this.

Chose table service option on self-serve screens, was not provided. Machine did not print receipt. Chips tasted under cooked and meal was generally overpriced for what you got

Very slow, did not seem to know what they were doing. My friend ordered tea, but told by member of staff there was no tea. Why did the system let her order 😟

Went in there last night utter chaos my wife waited nearly half an hour before they told her they had run out most of what she had ordered staff did not have a clue which was not their fault as no one supervising walked out after getting out money back

Generally good but sometimes when you order through uber eats they forget things

Disappointed. There is no choice other than sugar free drinks. The chicken was not as tasty as usual. Biggest upset was the tables and dining area were untidy and covered with crumbs etc. Friday lunchtime is busy but eating in was not what it should have been.

The top KFC in Bromsgrove and in birmingham. The staff are very kind and the hospitality beyond expectation.. All ways my favo...🤗🤩😋 Julia, josh, and other staffs top crews.

Staff are amazing, food was hot and fresh like chicken wise its juicy except the fries a bit soggy. Sometimes the mobile apps is not working on some days. Waiting time it varies from fast to waiting till you nod off.

Disgusting. We ordered from this KFC today and when it arrived it came with a black hair sticking out of the chicken tender. We were immediately put off. We ordered through Uber Eats and have complained, we haven’t received an apology or a refund after spending £16.00.Clean up or wear a hair net! Gross 🤢
