KFC Oldbury in Bromsgrove

Cold fries every time I’ve been , Dry chicken in fillet burgers Hardly any lettuce , Bread seems like it’s been frozen , Thrown together food!! , New soft drink containers are a nightmare, Will spend money on something better next time

Don't order KFC much and I think you enjoy it more as a treat. Only negative is the Ice Tea is quite watered down and I love my Ice Tea.

Paid £12 for pink chicken, 1/4 tub of mash, ordered gravy and gave me beans 🙄🙄 £12 for a can of tango basically never again

Most of the time these lot will get your order wrong. When you tell them it's wrong they will look at you like you just spoke bad about their mothers

Everytime I order from here we have r a problem ..last week I order 2 rice boxes meals and there was no red sauce at all and that why its taste less ...everytime issues here so fed up

Staff sometimes clueless or rude. Food hit or miss chicken tasted like water before but some times it’s good kfc

Shout out to Simran! Brilliant customer service every time I visit! Always greets with a lovely smile which shows off her wonderful personality and people skills! Absolute asset to this branch and I hope management are aware of her efforts as a team member who is so pleasant to engage with. Well done Simran for being you! You will go far in life! Keep it up!

I assume this is the same atmosphere throughout most restaurants. While deciding to sit in for a change, your meal is total interupeted with the amouth of delivery drivers in the building, and delivery ordered being screamed out! If you enjoy cold for you may aswell just collect it yourself.

Disgusting customer service today , wanted the watermelon and lime refresher, was informed when paying was available, when I go to collect my food the woman there was absolutely vile!! Didn’t say sorry it was out of stock just asked what other drink I wanted, once I told her politely she didn’t say thank you or anything gaveMe my drink very snotty , won’t be coming again! She needs to learn basic customer service … used to regularly come here also.

Would have give more stars but, the order screen would not let me complete my order, there was no one to help, so had to choose a different meal, 😐 not happy. Missing sauce, but meal was good.
