New Inn in Bromsgrove

We had a good meal at the New Inn. Wide selection of meals to cover all tastes, good size portions, very tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Eating area is spacious, comfortable and clean. Good sized car park. All round, a good choice for a meal.

Very lovely meal and staff really polite and friendly will definitely be going back.

The one star is for the beautiful atmosphere and extremely lovely helpful staff.The food was the worst I have had, I never like to complain or do not write reviews only if it was a lovely place. I would not like anyone else to have such a spoilt night if like ourselves it was a special occasion. Our wedding anniversary. Not been here for a very long time so decided to try it.First the gin I ordered they didn’t have but decided just to bring a different one over to the table, but it was very nice so it was fine. We both ordered the mixed grill, we had our first plate come chips came separately, I started to eat as she was a while and served another table only two tables in at the time. My plate was extremely cold, I put the mushroom in my mouth and it was stone cold. When she finally brought the rest of our meal I explained it was cold, she was very apologetic and did offer to take it back. I would rather go with out and would never return it? I cut my sausage and it was just cool? I tried my steak embarrassingly I had to spit it out I couldn’t chew it? I couldn’t cut my chop at all, the egg and chips and peas was ok? 🤦‍♀️ She did come back and ask how it was, how could so much be wrong with one meal it was awful. My husband managed to eat his though but he did not enjoy it at all? So I couldn’t say much, he wouldn’t leave his at the cost? I wanted to leave straight away it was so embarrassing. He did tell her as he paid.After a family member messaged to say how awful apparently they did check my left food and agreed my chop was over cooked…. Lovely place for a drink not food..

First timers here.but highly recommended to us...we had a lovely table in the conservatory area staff so lovely friendly and accomadating atmosphere was great..parking was an issue but it was because this place is so popular..the four of us had a carvery which for 9 pounds was great value followed by a dessert which was fab...definitely going back again thanks guys

Many thanks to Sharon and her team for putting on a fantastic spread and looking after us so well for my fathers funeral wake today. A lovely little pub/restaurant and Nothing was too much trouble, we would highly recommend a visit!

Cracking food made better by cracking service. The staff couldn't do anything more, professional, courteous and always smiling. The lady serving us today went the extra mile, even getting my niece's requested "2 biscuits please" for pudding!

Lovely pub, attentive waitress, and the best piece of battered fish I've ever had at a very reasonable price. Would have had 5 stars but chips were overcooked. Others in our company enjoyed their meals but those that had the chips felt the same.

This was our first visit for several years. On entering the lounge we were given a warm welcome by our waitress Kate who throughout the evening was really friendly and very attentive. There was a good choice of drinks and a very reasonably priced menu with a specials board to compliment. We both had the fish and chips which was amongst the best we have ever eaten and was so large we couldn't manage a dessert.
