Oriental Royal in Bromsgrove

As we are new to the Bromsgrove area we had tried a couple of take aways before we came across this one food is always fresh and great tasting staff very friendly love the place only draw back bNo delivery option

Always good food from here. We are regular customer and lady who answers the phone, is always polite and helpful would recommend

I have no doubt the food was fresh but it has been a longtime since I have eaten anything from a Chinese that was so bland even tho I asked for it to be extra spicy.Even the chips were of a tasteless frozen type.Be a while before I use them again.Always been very good but this time has put me off.

Meals (all different) for 4 tonight were swamped with ridiculous amounts of garlic. Whilst we all like garlic in our household, the meals all tasted of nothing else! This is not the first time we’ve had this issue from here, but not to this extent. Completely ruined the meals, not happy!!

Have been going to oriental Royal for years always had excellent food and service. But very sorry to say that our meal tonight was inedible, no curry in the curry, peas rock hard, battered items not cooked through, worrying cos we had prawns, even the rice didn't seem cooked enough. I am very sad to to say I will be looking for a new Chinese takeaway 😢

VERY disappointed in the food we have had from oriental royal! We have spent £40 on food that was inedible! The ‘Fillet steak’ tasted of tuna, the crispy chicken was bland and slimy and the curry sauce was vile. When we rang to complain regarding the food our response was ‘good luck’ and put the phone down. Very unprofessional and clearly need to learn how to talk to their customers.Never would I eat here again! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Not been to here in over 3 years cause it wasnt the best. Decided to give it another go lady behind the till was brillaint and had the "service with a smile attitude" and standards have changed would easily put it at the top in the local area. Excellent.

First time using this takeaway but glad we did. Best chinese food we have had in a long time, easy to phone through order and collected 15 minutes later. Prices very reasonable, will definitely keep using.

Great food and great staff. Definitely one of the best in Bromsgrove. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because they don't deliver. But you can still phone in order then collect later. Would recommend then 100%

Tasted really good but small portion of food in the special curry so basically you were left with a large portion of fried rice...... shame as tasted really nice too but for £7.20 expected more for my money..... Could've been 5 star review
