Decent enough food. Building desperately needs some TLC. Has been shut now for a few days

Desperately fancied a cheese takeaway after a long drive and getting home later than expected and with my usual haunt closed I came back here. I knew there was a reason that I stopped coming here but my craving won. The food was ok but they got the order wrong. The place needs some serious TLC. The paintwork is extremely tired and looks really grubby. Tiles missing. Dreadful flooring and looking out the back wasn’t helpful either. I just hope I don’t get ill. I’ll give it a miss next time.

Found a stone in my beef and black bean, like a literal stone, took the food back on the plates to ask for a refund with the stone wrapped in tissue, she swiftly took the stone into the back and when I asked for it back I got my tissue back but not the stone, after I watched her scrape the stone into the bin, she then refused to refund my meal and called the police on me and my other half for refusing to leave the shop untill I got my refund. IN the end the police came gave her a written warning about making false accusations that we were racists and threatening and then I got my refund. Do not eat here

Very poor hygiene and standards. The attitude of the staff members is dreadful and the food is very substandard. I wouldn't recommend grabbing a takeaway from here...

Poor food, poor service and staff/owners couldn't care less about customers and dont listen to complaints or feedback. Staff are so rude, they also poor hygiene rating

I went here tonight an it was disgusted iv never had something from a Chinese before that taste nothing like a Chinese,to be fair I should of known better after stepping in it needs a good clean how is this place still open? Keep well away!!!

Do not go here. Awful food. Tiny portions. Got the order wrong and wouldn't let us speak to the manager. Aggressive staff, poor service
