Subway in Bromsgrove

Ordered a meal left on the doorstep didn't even rang the bell when phoned up shop chap wasn't interested never use them again . Stone cold god knows how long it was outside and they expect a tip I don't think so .subway should responsibility for employing these goons. My advise is don't use them. The order was for my wife I don't likesubway food anyway I think its a waste of money.

Polite staff member. Didn't get his name to credit him. Clean dining area. Well filled and made sandwiches.

Just went in for coffee, it was clean and tidy. The staff were quick and friendly

Never have anything in stock.. Got turned away today at half 5 they said they were closed even though on the door it says seven. Young man put his head out the door and rudely said we are normally open until 7 but the manager is here? .. Me my family and friends will not be returning to this store and out daily orders to workplace will be canceled. Very rude people!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Wanted half veg pattie and half tuna, the guy didnt even listen properly, and made two tunas then in a mood took the tuna out and stuffed it with vegetables without the pattie inside. Overall the customer service was so bad this doesnt even deserve one star. So reluctant to serve me and my partner, wont be visiting here again

Only one lad seemed to be on duty, no one else anywhere to be seen. A couple of things happened that left me somewhat unhappy. Let's just say, once we had his attention and his friend had gone the service was better.

During my visit to the restaurant I noticed that the tables were not clean and the general hygiene was poor, whilst ordering and waiting to be served members of staff were rude and impatient. Penultimately there was no atmosphere and the place overall had no “life”. The food was quite expensive and not worth the price that I was expected to pay.

Good sized subway and speedy service. Able to park outside but may be a bit restricted if busy. Decent sized portions and reasonably priced. Clean and well stocked.

Subway is generally really good but the three guys serving in the branch I visited today were particularly slick. Very efficient, polite and helpful. Very good.

The best Subway I've been to 🖒 Friendly staff, very clean premises and great food!! I've never had a bad sandwich from here. Raj and his team are Great
