Charged me for my meal then on leaving said it hadn’t gone through even tho it was showing on my online banking…. For them to charge me again reassuring me only one would come out… no two bills came out at 134 pound each! I was there for a bday and I’m not local to here so after speaking on the phone for the manager to tell me he couldn’t see the transaction so I had a 50 min drive to the place 20 pound fuel to get them to sort it! Once sorted no apology and refused to search me food in case I didn’t pay as they knew I was upset with what had happened probably the most stressful dining experience I’ve ever had 🤷‍♂️

We went for their breakfast and had the cooked breakfast and we certainly wasn't disappointed.Cooked fresh and you decide the quantity of items.Served hot and service was spot on, you can then have cereals, toast and fruit juices if you wish.Great value for the price and worth the trip.

Went to have the unlimited breakfast, you choose the quantity of main items and it was delicious. Being a vegetarian and not liking eggs helps me as not forced to have any and can substitute with other items. Could have had more but this was plentiful especially as continental breakfast as well.....Great value and superb food and service

Had a nice Christmas diner here. The Turkey meat was a lot better quality, than the harvester. The vegetables were all really nice and flavoursome. The roast potato's, tasted a bit salty. I ordered a side of pigs in blankets, which cost £1.99. I only got 3 medium sized sausages. That was expensive for what I got. My partner had a sirloin steak, which was nice. We both felt full after our meals. On a seperate occasion, I tried the T‐bone steak, with red wine sauce. It's a big peace of meat, but it does cost £24. The steak it self had minimal flavour, but the wine sauce was nice. I tried my wife's sirloin, which tasted a lot better. Think I'll save myself some cash and have a sirloin next time. I've tried the T‐bone now, so I'm satisfied it's not worth the money.

The food including breakfast was terrible, the cook has not mastered the microwave yet. Burnt meat and chicken, my golden crispy battered fish was microwaved soggy. And the breakfast was raw. Never again.

Staff very accommodating but slow. Food was great. Small portions but perfect for us. Would definitely go back but not recommend for those with a bigger appetite or those that want to be in and out.

We were a walk in, so hadn't made a reservation. The staff made us feel very welcome & seated us quickly, they are friendly, warm & knowledgable about both food & drink. Food was freshly cooked & delivered hot to our table. Attentive service from everyone, value for money, everything you want.

Met family for a birthday meal. Great choice of food and drinks (gin lol) Food very tasty and service was excellent. Would definitely book here again.

Parsnips came burnt as can see in photos roasts where rock hard also stuffing balls hard couldnt even get knife in them, well disappointed to say the least ,take good advice stay away far better places to dine than here.😖😖

Quick service, helpful/friendly staff and good standard food you expect from a Beefeater. Despite the severe menu restrictions they currently had for desserts, they managed to fashion something up to keep my 3 year old happy!
