Always delightful, good beer choice and food top notch. I also really like the spacing of the tables as you never feel close to the next table. Very attentive service without being overbearing. Highly recommended.

Really nice pub with good menu, great beer offering and friendly staff.Food was really tasty though the veggie/vegan/GF options could have been labelled slightly clearer and more consistently across the menu. We were able to make the veggie nut roast vegan by subbing out the yorkshires and mash for extra roasties.Only let down was that service took a longgggg time. We had to chase up after waiting over an hour for our food.Dog friendly within the bar area, which is always a plus.

Honestly have nothing but praise for this pub. We didn't have a booking, but were able to sit and order food in the bar. We ordered two roast dinners which were incredible quality and served promptly. Service was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. Very, very impressed and will be going back very soon!!

Very new looking and well spaced out venue. But situated in the middle of nowhere down lengthy single track roads. I was glad it was light when we drove down there. The menu was a bit limited unless you like pizza, steak or burgers. The chicken supreme that I had was quite nice but rather expense.

Great place to eat. Staff absolutely lovely. Warm atmosphere and really good food. Downside? I ate too much 😅

Picked this pub as it’s halfway between my siblings and me - met for a pre Christmas Sunday dinner - what a great choice !Food was stunning (beef very tender), we had all three courses which we normally don’t manage, and I can’t fault any of it. Waitresses 😍 were charming and attentive.Thank you Dodford Inn 👍🏼

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere. Just a shame the staff don’t echo the same. Lady with blonde hair and leopard print skirt, extremely rude. Considering it’s a dog friendly pub, she wasn’t very friendly. Food was mediocre, looked better than it tasted. Let one of my puppies eat some of the chicken off my plate as it was too dry for me. Had one of the waitresses come and tell me they’d had complaints due to hygiene. Just worries me that they may not put the plates in a dishwasher if they aren’t comfortable with a puppy eating some chicken off their plate. Wouldn’t visit again and wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

What a lovely family run pub, waitress was very welcoming , attentive and nothing was too much trouble, and let’s not forget how delicious the food is and reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting again, would give 6 stars if I could ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow wow, not been so impressed with a place for a very long time. Service, drinks, food and atmosphere was all first class. Nice non fancy menu, executed to a tee, portions great, prices good too. Won't mention the pork belly being pork shoulder or leg because it was great. Covid measures fantastic but not intrusive. My folks who nearly 80 loved it didn't feel like a pub, felt like a home, a warm comfort place. Very impressed.Credit to the trade in every way.

Highly recommend Dodford Inn. The food is excellent - very tasty with great portion sizes. We had the chicken burger, duck salad (starter size), white chocolate cheesecake, large glass of Rioja and beer.The staff are very friendly, the decor and atmosphere great, and everything is covid compliant.This is our third visit back in 2020. We’d previously been for a drink in the beer garden in the summer, and been for Sunday lunch. In every visit we consistently experience great friendly service, very tasty food, and good value for money.This last visit was a Friday evening meal in December 2020.
