Third visit to this amazing Gastro Pub . Sat in the beer garden as the Canal Boats went by . What a setting in Rural Worcestershire. Staff are super friendly and attentive . Food is excellent. Our canine friend & our little boy were well catered for . Definitely a must if you are in The Midlands.

Poor customer service. The waiter had an attitude from the moment we walked into the restaurant. She refused to hand me the drinks menu after I politely asked for one. When the food arrived our group asked for sauces i.e mustard and a pot of gravy for 4. They gave us 2 empty mustard jars and the pot of gravy was half full (which we were supposed to share between the 4 of us). To top it all off the chicken was pink/raw.

We came for a family meal on Friday 21st January. We messed our waitress around quite a bit because we had to go and get an unexpected diner just before we got our food. The kitchen held our food back and added another meal with absolutely no issue and our service (Liv T?) was thoroughly lovely about it all. She even anticipated ordering another drink for the extra person before they arrived. We honestly feel like Liv and the Queen’s Head have restored our faith in customer service!

We stopped at The Queen's Head for dinner by the canal back in June and meant to post a review at the time. We had a lovely table outside. The food was delicious! We were going to share a dessert but it was so good, I wouldn't share it so my partner got her own. The service was excellent. We would definitely eat here again if we are in the area.

Excellent place for a nice dinner. Lovely young staff, great food and cozy interior are waiting for you. However, a bit expensive.

Food came, bap wasn't toasted for burger so was soggy and the meat burgers looked like they was bought in and frozen. The steak was over cooked and the side order never came after mentioning the steak or was taken away and the side arrived few minutes later, ate the side by itself then the steak came back. They use quick fry steaks and not the best either. Not worth the price point. Nice location though and nicely appointed interior

Stunning venue, lovely location, amazing atmosphere, friendly yet some abrupt staff, menu and menu choices disappointing for such a stunning venue. However food cooked and presented nicely. Over priced soft drinks. £4.00 for a pint of diet coke/pepsi is scandalous, glad we didn't get asked or ordered more drinks.

Lovely place. Great wood fired pizza's. Good menu. Enclosed outside eating, and restaurant in bar area. Good staff. No what they are doing. Prices not cheap but get what you pay for.

My partner brought me here to cheer me up after a rubbish time lately- I was AMAZED. Absolute beautiful venue with all the added touches. Nothing was too much for the staff. As for the food... wow. Small menu but I've never had such a difficult time choosing what I wanted, I'm going back just to try the other dishes! Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful venue and beautiful food.

16 July 2021:After getting down the 29 "Tardebigge" locks and mooring up just before the bridge and Queens Head, refreshing drinks and maybe a bite as it was coming on for lunch was certainly the right decision...We walked over and got a table inside as the sun was gloriously hot outside and also there weren't many outdoors tables left. The Queens Head is quite a big spread out indoors and outdoors restaurant and country pub by the canal side but it keeps itself inviting and welcoming and doesn't feel too excessively big...Social distancing was maintained, masks needed on entrance and the staff were friendly, cheerful and attentive. The toilets were very clean, nicely decorated and modern..The decor inside is a mix of contemporary, soft cosy materials yet keeping the character of the original building itself and do like the wood...it all works as its relaxing and inviting.Outside, the landscaped gardens and seating area offer a very tranquil, picturesque feeling and being right by the canal side on a beautiful sunny day can't get any better...The Tepee is rather quirky especially as the numerous modern art pieces around the area where we were having lunch all had a "hee..haw" Cowboy theme...(it would be interesting to find out what the connection is?)Overall, we enjoyed our lunch baguettes, three rounds of Worcestershire aged cheddar with piccalilli and one of Smoked salmon with pink onions and lemon mayo. The two portions of chips were tasty too...(the only downside to our lunch was the fact that we had to ask for cutlery for our coleslaw sides as well as serviette's and/or napkins)...My pint of the Purity ale was outstanding and even more so as I ordered another a bit later on.Thanks Queens Head for a lovely lunch experience and will recommend you to the canal boaters for sure 👍
