Can’t fault it at all. Great friendly service and food was lovely. We chose the two course and it was great value for money. I have to say that the steak was the best tasting I’ve had in ages and was cooked exactly as i’d asked for. The chocolate pudding was also divine! If I had to pick at anything I would’ve liked a little side salad on plate with the steak. We will be back tho for sure

We didn't book a table so took a gamble which was paid off. Lovely food and good service. I had kebab with 2 tortillas which was bit much for me. My son had steak and enjoyed it. 2nd visit for me and would return again.

This is a pub we have had a family meal at 3 times now. Always a lot of us. The team are great! Always helpful, friendly & ready to be of assistance. It’s always clean & tidy even in their busiest of periods. Great family pub. Would recommend to anyone (including dog lovers!)

Had a lovely lunch from the very reasonably priced fixed lunch menu, the food was delicious and good value for money. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were very friendly and attentive and the lunchtime atmosphere was super relaxed, not noisy and boisterous like some places. Will definitely be returning!

Great food and great service, i regularly have food and drink here and inhave never been disappointed. The staff are great too always very welcoming and friendly.On my last visit i had the steak pie and it was incredible, would definitely recommend!

Brilliant place! We stopped for a few drinks after a dog walk and ended up being tempted by the roast dinners which were lovely. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and even treated the pup to some roast beef dinner which she loved 😍 Will definitely come back. Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing meal, we had the Christmas 3 course menu, the portion sizes were just right ( room for pudding!) Really friendly, welcoming staff and excellent value for money. I have a new place to visit in the future.

Called in on a Saturday around 5.30PM, without a reservation, but was found a table straight away.Service was prompt and the food well cooked.Pleasant and friendly attentive staff.Nicely decorated interior of pub.The toilets were clean and tidy too.

Visited just for drinks. A lovely dog friendly pub full of olde worlde character. Management very friendly. It was quiet for a country pub on a Saturday lunchtime. The 1st drink we had inside, the 2nd in the garden where we saw the children’s play area. We will definitely go back to test the cuisine and I’ll post again when we’ve done that.
