Warm and friendly staff that are more than welcome to assist when needed. Cakes in the coffee shop aren't to bad either. Thumbs up from me 👍

We purchased the Willow Tree Large Casual Dinning Set in March 2021, along with an outdoor protective cover. The furniture arrived in May 2021 but no protective cover was delivered. After calling the store they informed me that the cover would follow in 6/8 weeks later, which made it difficult to protect my purchase. After numerous phone calls and visits to store we still have no cover and have been informed that we are unable to get a refund on the protective cover as it is a manufacturing issue and nothing to do with Willowbrook. We have been extremely patient with willowbrook but there customer service is awful and they have made no contact with us this year. I would not recommend placing any orders from them again. Maybe one day they will make contact.

Absolutely wonderful afternoon tea. Took my parents for a birthday treat. My dad is 93 and said it was the best afternoon tea he has ever had. There was so much of it, beautiful cakes and sandwiches, vegetarian option was lovely too.We will definitely be returning as not only was the food so good but also the staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much. Definitely be back soon.

An amazing garden centre with very cheerful and polite staff who are always helpful. The owner is very down to earth and is supportive of many charities working hard alongside the poppy appeal and their volunteers. Oh and the food and cakes in the restaurant are also amazing catering for all your needs.

Nice garden centre. Good range of plants, and also a well stocked shop, small range of fresh and frozen foods and a nice cafe. There's also a lovely fruit and veg shack on the side.

Nice to stop here for a coffee & cake while walking the dogs. Only downside is you can't go through the garden centre with the dogs so one has to wait by the gate at the entrance to the outdoor area while the other has to go through the garden centre to the cafe to ask a member of staff to unlock the gate. The gate is then locked again so you have to ask a member of staff again to unlock the gate to let you out! Bit of a faff & you couldn't do this if on your own with dogs.

We come here purely for the Christmas decorations. It is smaller than most, however they really house unique decorations and choice. Car park is a steady size, might be a tad difficult on a busy day to get a space!

As a garden centre, as in it sells plants etc for gardens, it does well at it. Whilst looking around the place we noticed it doesn't seem to supply house plants. Overall the place was muddled, outside you have your typical garden centre paraphernalia inside it seems to be a art display of everything else. I kept getting the impression if I picked anything up it would ruin the display. I couldn't see any gaps where someone might have purchased something. (check the huge number of photos I've uploaded). The disabled parking bays are neatly aligned around the entrance, but as the exit is further along the building they aren't so convenient after all.The look of consternation of seeing me by one of the staff was frightening, made me feel that I shouldn't even have been allowed through the doors. The customer toilets were currently undergoing renovation. So there was one toilet only available and some of the staff wanted to use them too, very limiting. Very inconvenient. The cafe? Restaurant? Has been upgraded with proper meals, but the furniture is still antisocial. The majority of chairs still are bare wooden seats, I'm guessing they don't want too many people hogging them for too long. The only saving grace to this visit is the serving staff and the chefs, cooks etc as the meals were well cooked and the servers excelled. We were shocked to find there wasn't a big rush to get to the dinners, in fact 5 minutes after they started serving there was a big exodus from those presumably just in for coffee & cakes etc. Noticed the place is also very popular for mums and youngsters. Not a place we'll be visiting very often.PS my mum didn't like the decking with her Walker, also one of the slopes very minor though it was made my mum unbalanced.Slight edit here, because some words didn't make sense etc.Note the photo of the entrance from the other side saying NO EXIT as of today 22/10/2020 has been viewed over 2.8 million times, who would have thought it.
