Broadway Spice in Cannock Chase

Have been using broadway now for over 15 years now will not use any other takeout. Never had a bad meal. Don't have takeout as much as we used too but always enjoy our meals from them when we do 🙂.

The staff were friendly and polite.Arrived suspiciously quick though.Food was really nice for the most part the balti was just extremely salty.Will probably try these again and definitely recommend for their naan breads will just have to try a different curry dish

Just tried Broadway spice for the first time using a Just Eat voucher. SO glad we did! Blew all the others out the water. GORGEOUS tikka masala and naan are gorgeous! Delivery guy was so smiley and sweet. Excellent food and service.

Very fussy about food so I’m always cautious of which restaurant to eat at. I ate here a few times and have had no problems until last night. As I was eating chicken tikka, I took a look at it and noticed a pink tinge to it after pulling other pieces apart a few pieces were pink and had veiny. Then today I started feeling unwell with stomach cramps and nausea and then recently started experiencing diarrhoea. It’s safe to say I won’t be eating there again. Contacted environmental health and sent a report. I have pictures but unsure how to upload them.

Ordered via phone, told 50mins to 1 hour for delivery. 1hour 20 mins later delivery arrived. Delivery person had no idea of social distancing measures. Food was luke warm and spilt inside bag, no poppadoms either. Really gone downhill and very disappointed as used to be really good. Will not be ordering again.😪😪😪

First and last time I order from here. The lamb was small, chewy and tasteless gristle and in my chicken dish there was literally 0 pieces of chicken. Also why does the mint yoghurt resemble something from a cartoon rendering of toxic waste?!Overall I'm supremely disappointed with the quantity and quality of this meal. Definitely one to avoid.

Ordered lamb Dhansak this evening and a couple of onion bhajis. Food arrived about 12 Minutes later having been told it would take 30 to 40 minutes to cook and deliver. Astonished to say the least great big huge chunks of pineapple in it no meat pieces just a few lumps of gristle, almost no lentils. Rang to complain and wife was spoken to very rudely by a couldn't care less member of staff "that's how we make it and we mincethe lamb". My son who the meal was for has never in all the years of ordering this meal had minced meat in this curry, nor chunks of pineapple. Horrendous attitude of staff and inedible food. Customer care is something they clearly don't care about. Will never use again, do not use if you wish to enjoy an Indian meal. Had zero stars been an option that's what it would get.

Currys are amazing. Freshly cooked. Delevery service is quick an reliable the taste from the dishes an ive tried many of them are exceptional am willing ti meet your needs if any special requirements.

Food is great, recommend it to everyone however tonight when our order came my Mrs went to the door to pay and the delivery driver said it was 50p short and that he had just checked his phone, once he had gone we checked our order online and he was wrong. I know it's only 50p but it's not the point. It's a shame as we will not be ordering again.You can't charge people extra without stating it . On my receipt it does not mention service charge and the total on my receipt was £12.01 btw that included an 80p delivery charge even though we live within the 'free delivery radius. Can I ask what exactly the service charge is for ?You still havent answerd what the service charge is The only charge that is mentioned is the 50p card payment charge but I played cash. So what is the 50p service charge?
