Burger King in Cannock Chase

Good burgers, better than mcd. About 50% of the time here I ask for cheese and don't get it sadly but am still charged. Good price though if you get the app, otherwise very expensive, can get a 5 guys down the road for cheaper.Lately they are also card only, this caught me out a couple of times as I mainly use cash. It will only drive people away from what looks like a dwindling business.

Ordered through uber eats was missing an ice cream which was never delivered. Couldn't get one sent to me had to have it refunded. Not very happy

Terrible....been waiting to be served for about 20 minutes.....that supposed to be fast food....left empty-handed as none of the employees bother to come to the till so we could place our order. Drink machines constantly empty as no one cares to fill them up, not accepting cash makes it less convenient to use either....better off shutting that place down to avoid further disappointment...SHAME ON YOU!!!

A nice burger king. Just a shame they are only contactless. Everywhere should take cash. This is outrageous and you guys need to go back as I only use cash and I'm a big burger king fan but no more. You will lose out on my money and many like me.

If they call this fast food then Trading Standards need to get involved. Orders regularly take several years to arrive and I've missed my own birthday three times.

Just popped into this Burger King as not had one for a while and fancied one, place was very clean all the staff were pleasant and helpful ended up taking 4 meals home for the family all food cooked fresh and was handed over very quickly.Keep up the good work will definitely be back

Food wasn't that nice. Expensive for what it is. The chicken royals have shrunk in size and chips are bland.Toilets weren't clean poo on the side walls. No soap to wash hands.Staff seemed friendly but it's not what burger King use to be.It was quiet when we went in and I can see why. I use to love burger King. Maybe we caught it on an off day but I won't be going back inside. I will use the drive thru instead.

Rude drive through staff member.. Overcharged then when this was pointed out walked off for 10 minutes. Came back then told us to park up despite no other cars in the drive through or customers in the restaurant.. then left us waiting on the car park for over 15 minutes!! Normally quite a good bk on this occasion really poor!! would have been 1 star if the girl that delivered the food was the opposite and was really nice and polite..

Not a pleasant experience. Food took over 20 mins to arrive. We watched the 3 staff members man handling the various food orders in and out of bags swapping it around. EventUally after chasing my order it came. My whopper looked like it had been run over and was nearly cold & dry. Obviously been sat around. Chips weren’t much better. Due to the time it had taken for our order we could not ask for replacements (coincidently as we witnessed another customer doing) I brought this to the attention of a staff member who just looked at me blankly. To add insult to injury I have spent most of the night in my bathroom. Suffice to say we will not return. And why do you not accept cash ?

Ordered using the Burger King app ( using the offers tab ) nice and straight forward. Got to Burger King within 5 minutes and food was ready but Slight wait as the delivery drivers orders I noticed were stacking up. Feel Sorry for the staff as everyone ordering online has doubled / trebled their work load! Food was as great as ever. Love the chicken royal ( shame they charge so much for a slice of cheese ☹️ ) and their chips are soo much nicer than Mucky D's and KFC 😊
