China Garden in Cannock Chase

Avoid at all costs! Ordered my food for 5pm 1 hour later it's still never arrived. Phoned multiple times and was told "it was with the driver", obviously a lie as it does not take over an hour to get to my address. They were very reluctant to give me my refund. Disgusting customer service.

Celebrated Grandsons birthday.We were given a specific area tables put together and all ready for when we arrived (big party).The restaurant is self service buffet style .Very Good range of food to select from something for everyone.Also good selection of sweets.Trays replenished all the time.Staff helpful.Prices reasonable.We had prebooked as larger party and went earlier in the night.It was extremely busy with some queuing though people did seem to get seated in a reasonable time.There is an area where younger children can sit and play.Would very much reccomend and will be visiting again.Also easy free parking by restaurant.

First time ordering from here. Can honestly say this is now my second local favourite. Chicken chow mein and chips were delicious and served hot. Curry Sauce was ok but not favourite. Will definitely order from here again.

Placed an order that didn't show for 3 and a half hours. We called after 2 and a half to be told our order was out for delivery. Called an hour later to be told our food hadn't even been cooked and we would be getting a refund. Unacceptable.

If it was possible to rate no stars I absolutely would. Food was over an hour late, so I called to cancel. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes while they tried to contact the driver. During this time I heard staff laughing at my frustration that I hadnt recieved my order and that was more than enough for me to leave this review and never order from China Dragon again. I can also add the rude nature of the 'managers' tone and lack of sincerity in her prompted apology to my review.

What amazing food hot every time delivery fast ordered in food was still hot when I got it .

Second time ordering and beautiful, I've been trying to find a good Chinese in Cannock since I moved here and I've found one. Asked them to call us when outside so the dog doesn't bark & they did just that. Salt & Pepper ribs 10/10. Will be my regular & will tell everyone I know about them in Cannock.

Ordered at 6.45 through Just Eat, given a delivery time of 7.45. At 8.20 we still hadn't got our food so called the restaurant. After about 10 minutes we finally made contact and were told that the food was on the way and that they'd contact the driver to make us the next stop, no longer than five minutes. About 10 minutes later he arrived with the food and asked 'what's your problem?' and then accused me of 'giving me attitude' when all I had said was Thank you. Oddly enough it can't have been his fault because the food was still piping hot but I guess he'd been called and told to hurry by the restaurant. Food was good but nearly an hour late with a rude driver. Not going back there again.

Food was late, 3 times this has happened here...ordered @ 6:30pm, arrived at 8:45pm stone cold by a rude delivery driver! Spoken to the manager and she said she didn't believe us, the only option was to take the food back to them for her to decide if it was cold enough for a partial refund! I queried what was she going to do with the food, she said microwave it for another customer. Absolutely appalling. Never ever eating from here again

Ordered on xmas eve through just eat, expected a wait. It said 1hour, 8.30pm delivery which was fine.9pm comes and we check just eat and says its been delivered. Assuming it went to wrong house we call the restaurant and got no answer so requested a refund.We were heading to bed at about 10.15pm and a guy turns up with the food, I explain we no longer want it and have asked for refund and he leaves.Just eat now say it was delivered and kept the 20 odd pounds. Will not use either again.
