Costa Coffee in Cannock Chase

Thank you to the friendly helpful gentleman who made us hot sandwiches 10 mins before closing. Gorgeous hot chocolate too.

You can sit outside or inside at this drive through. Usual Costa coffee with cakes, sandwiches and of course coffee. M&S sandwiches are available but the price for these is more expensive than just getting it from M&S. Coffee can be inconsistent with the strength and can be stronger, something the coffee chains struggle with imo. Staff pleasant, plenty of parking and not too much of a queue.

Its a drive through. Can be a bit of a queue at times. Thouth always friendly with orders and service

Staff were friendly enough but the the drinks took ages to make and when they were finished the mint choc chip frame had very little flavour to it.

Lovely clean modern coffee shop. Indoor and outdoor seating areas. An excellent selection of drinks and snacks. Friendly helpful staff. Quick service. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilet.

This morning i had my breakfast at this Costa, as usual no oat milk, and the same song “we still waiting for delivery”… oki not complaining for this, i get coconut milk, but when i sold me OLD chocolate twist, and they told me “we can warp up for it will be better” i was in shock, imPregnant 7 month! I said no thanks, i want change it or refund, the manager came. She didn't tell me sorry or something, she give refund and shout on mr that this is not old is fresh…. Common i know how it taste fresh chocolate twist. Very rude service, will never comeback.

Nice drinks but this branch is ALWAYS closed early. States open till 9pm however both drive though and store closed from as early as 7:30. Very hit and miss as to wether its open. Often gone elsewhere disappointed.

An other fantastic Costa at time of my visit this place was very busy and I could see great efforts where taken by staff in this place serve costumers in the store and outside on drive thru, my ☕️ was made by young gentleman called Harry it was fantastic, wonderful place to enjoy, big thank to Sarah also.

Ordered a mint aero hot chocolate to find coffee beans in the bottom of the cup 😬🤔Also ordered a caramel cappuccino that tasted more like a bag of sugar with no caramel 😬🤔

Stale croissants, like dough. Said it was because it's kept in their new chill cabinet(!) They exchanged it, women it up but then it's a soggy mess. Croissants are meant to be light and crispy :)
