Domino's Pizza in Cannock Chase

Saw alot of 1 star reviews which I would agree with over last 2 or 3 years but last couple months iv had 3 or 4 n bin bang on must b a new pizza chef 👨‍🍳

Amazing place, the shift manager is a great bloke, sorted me out with extras and a discount because I'm allergic to pizza.

The worst pizza I have ever had- dry tasteless, greasy- dreadful

Ordered a meateor pizza, it came and was nowhere near the size of a real meateor. 1 star

I ordered 2 large pizzas for collection and when I got home realised one was a medium. I then called up the store for them to say the only way they could fix this was me taking it back in and getting a new pizza. I am appalled with this especially when I worked there and have seen then give refunds without the person taking the pizza back !!!!!!!

Ordered a small size meateor pizza and rang immediately after placing the order online to ask if the order could be changed to the small home alone deal. All that was needed would be a portion of garlic bread and a drink.Was told the pizza had already gone in the oven and therefore the garlic bread couldn’t be added to create the deal. Having tracked the order online, it was an hour before the pizza left the store for delivery. It was clear that the pizza had never gone straight into the oven, as claimed, but the staff did in fact have a major case of cba disorder.

This place is real hit and miss, I guess it depends on who’s cooking that day. Delivery is usually pretty quick though, but orders can often be wrong. I wouldn’t even bother paying extra for double decadence as they don’t seem to even bother putting in the cheese layer. Not sure why I keep on ordering from them to be honest.

Expensive for that it is. Store is nice and clean plus it’s fun to watch the staff make the pizzas. But mediocre food at best. Oh and the pizzas aren’t always thoroughly sliced which is slightly annoying.

I've had a few pizzas and never had a problem till last week. Being on my own I find the cheapest deal for me is two personal pizzas and a 1.5lt bottle of Fanta, my last order they had only sent the 500ml bottle of pop, the driver said he could either take that back and bring me the 1.5 ltr bottle or he would arrange for a refund, I opted for the refund to save him having to come back, alas I never got it, also one of the pizzas was all dough and hardly any toppings, it's put me off ordering again.

Just a couple of pints over the road in the Newhall, brilliant and just fancied a pizza.To be honest I don’t have pizza very often so didn’t take too much notice when I ordered.I must be getting old but £11.99 for 6 slices seems far too expensive for an average pepperoniI did take it back only to be told that’s what I ordered and I fact I had a discount 😮Wont be going back , sorry
