Ginos in Cannock Chase

Ordered a pizza for £27. Never turned up. Tried to call them and they put the call down and took the phone off the hook so no one could call.

We payed and got nothing

I have ordered from Ginos for over 20 years. I am up to 249 loyalty points and over the past 6 months called them over 15 times asking how I redeem my loyalty points to be told “the manager will call you back”.I have never had a call !!! I have called in today to complain and was given a 01782 number for food hub to redeem my points. They informed me that I need to have at least 500 points to get £1 off an order.This means I need to spend at least £370 to get £1 off my next order. This is not mentioned on ginos website. When I do order it says “YOU HAVE EARNT ANOTHER 20+ POINTS, USE THESE ON YOUR NEXT ORDER”. This is false advertisement and not good enough GINOS !!! Looks like I will be stopping to domino’s round the corner

Ordered my food 2 hours ago. They have taken the money and no pizza has been delivered. Phone line has been constantly engaged for the last hour. Not happy at all!

Absolutely disgusting. Cheese was like Stilton and pizza was harder then the box. Binned it

I had the chicken skewers, they were absolutely gorgeous. Quality peices of meat, perfectly cooked, still moist but lovely, crispy and slightly charred on the outside. Really friendly staff, they even gave me a free slice of chocolate cake, which was also gorgeous. Even the delivery driver was lovely. Definitely will be ordering from them again, on top of everything else, great prices.

Pizza delivered on time and hot. However bases were very doughy and dips purchased were missing after I called to ask ? They arrived after we had finished eating

Bought a pizza from here last night after a miserable feck of a day, have to say it was very nice all round will order the same pizza style again in the future 5 stars.

Paid and not get delivered my order!!!Not answering to the phoneNot recommend!!!
