Hannahs Coffee Shop & Bistro in Cannock Chase

I go at least once a week weather depending. Always friendly, helpful and prices are good. Food is delicious.

The least you expect from an establishment is that they’re polite and attentive. Food can fluctuate and mistakes can happen but to make your clientele feel like they’re putting you out by being there is dreadful.For a start, Staff rudely spoke to a member of our party when going to the toilet, not even having the courtesy to address them directly but instead making a snide remark when they walked past, same member of staff locked the door to stop people coming in, (but also locking customers in), a fire hazard if I ever saw one. Food was served on chipped plates, also refused permission for two young children (who didn’t wish to eat, merely have an ice cream) to sit down, despite the fact we would, as their guardians, have drunk and eaten once seated, unfortunately they seemingly fail to realise that you tend to the kids needs first as parents rather than your own.I hate places like this, they seem convinced of their own importance rather than trying to encourage new business.We spent close to £40, would have spent closer to £60 if allowed and also supported their cause by purchasing a home made toy for £6.Never again

Since moving to Cannock June 2019 we have been going to Hannahs several times a week. The food is excellent freshly made and service efficient and friendly. Having tried other places in Cannock Hannahs is by far the best we have always been greeted pleasantly by Hannah and her staff. as an ex Caterer l can highly recommend Hannahs. Steve & Sue. Lovely breakfast n food, staff are always chatty too

Really lovely food and a good price. I had a full English and two people with me had rib eye, we all agreed that the food was great. All day breakfast was a good size and the beef was really tender. There is also a lovely cake selection. It does get a little busy but there is seating upstairs, downstairs and outdoors so waiting for a table isn’t too long a wait. No surprise that they’re busy with such nice food!

My partner and I popped in for a coffee. The scone i had was delicious and fresh.He had a coke. Altogether this came to £5. Well worth it.Staff were helpful and pleasant.

First time visit, food excellent, at very reasonable prices, with great selection on menu and daily specials. Hannah and staff friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble, great experience.

Went today with my partner and was really impressed. The scones they have are a cut above anywhere else (honestly you have to try them to see and taste exactly what I mean). The cheesecake was absolutely divine too. Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic place. A lovely varied menu, the most beautiful home made cakes and very pleasant and helpful staff. A proper old fashioned eatery, waitress service and pay after eating at the end. I took my Son for his 16th birthday lunch here. He was extremely impressed and said he would like to go again. A huge thumbs up from us. Support this lovely little business.

Lovely vegetarian breakfast at a very reasonable price. Good portion size too and not greasy at all! Friendly welcome from the lady and very quick service. They also do take away items!
