Jaipur Restaurant in Cannock Chase

As always the food was of highest quality and the staff very attentive and professional.

Attentive friendly staff, good menu with loads of choice, food took about 40 minutes for 4 covers and it tasted glorious, food was ' piping' hot, in fact it was sizzling on the plate, prices were very fair, definitely going back!

Beautiful place, food and lovely owner. Couldn't do enough for us. The place had a ceiling full of red roses which was a lovely touch. A little cold in there hence the 4 star rating but the owner said it was in the process of being sorted due to them only just moving in to a larger property with only small radiators. He put the heater by us which kept us nice and toasty. He said it will be sorted when we next go in. They are still making changes but so far it's fab. Highly recommend.

Food was the best Indian I have eaten in a very long time. Service was 10/10. Will definitely be returning soon.

Order for delivery, it took 2 hours to arrived (granted its a Saturday night) but drinks and naan bread missing. Tried calling the restaurant but they couldn't hear because how loud it was inside.The chips were undercooked and cold, the masalla sauce had a very strange texture to it and was lukewarm.Used to be a great takeout, but this is the 3rd time in 3 orders half the sides and drinks are missing.Won't be recommending for delivery anymore

Awful experience, took 20 minutes to get a menu, 90 minutes to get starters and 125 minutes to get mains. At no point did a member of staff come over to apologise for our wait, keep us updated or check on us. Poor service, much better Indian's in the local area to visit instead.

Food was excellent.Decor is lovely, facilities all pleasant.Service was misogynistic and unacceptable.Main courses took over an hour and a half to arrive. Staff were impolite to two female members of our party.

Firstly I want to make this clear that this review is for the delivery service and not for the usual 4 star service dining in the restaurant. I telephoned the restaurant at 5pm to order a delivery for 8pm. By 8.15 the order had not arrived so I called the restaurant and was told that the driver should be with us shortly as he had left a while ago. At 8.40 we had a call to say that the driver had left the food on the doorstep, in the snow, as he couldn't get any answer from the door. Bear in mind that there were 5 people in the house, none of which heard any knock. The food although tasty was cold. This is the 3rd time we have used the delivery service and the 3rd time we have received cold food. We gave the delivery service the benefit of the doubt as I appreciate things happen but never again. No point complaining to the restaurant as last time we received cold food, we instantly phoned to complain and was told that they could send some more food out or we would get recompense the next time we ordered or visited the restaurant, which I took in good faith. The next time we visited we mentioned discretely that we had a bad experience with the previous delivery and were told they would sort something out. They insulted us by giving us free poppadoms for 2, the bill for the delivered cold food was nearly 30 and we were given free poppadoms, which is not good enough. I don't like leaving negative reviews like this but I feel that the restaurant need to start to take more care of loyal customers and that potential new customers be aware of the lack of quality for the delivery. Again I must reiterate that this review is not for the dine in experience but more for the delivery and customer care, otherwise a great restaurant will lose customers for not seeming to care.

Staffs are friendly but serving food can be slow. Places are quite busy. The food are delicious and portion is good except my starter prawn butterfly but the rest of my party's starters portion are great.It was my first time there and almost couldn't find it as the sign wasnt obvious.
