KFC in Cannock Chase

Dirty restaurant and toilets looked like they hadnt been cleaned or checked in hours urine all over the floorRude Staff and Supervisors and totally below average food your meal looks like it has just been thrown in the boxNot a pleasant experience visiting this KFC sadly will never visit again

Chicken was okay but the chips were absolutely discusting cold over cooked won't be going again

Had to take it back to orbital Cannock.Ordered 6 piece family feast & when we got it home everything was covered in gravy so took it back but they tried to insinuate that we had had it from another KFC which we never use but if they had given us a receipt in the first place we could if proved it.So felt like instead of them apologising to us they tried to say we hadn't had it from thereNot happy !!

Great place, good service, nice atmosphere, we had the liver and onions hadn't had it for years, it was really tasty

Love the food one of the staff members where so kind and they accidentally gave us a free drink

Below average food and service. I requested Large meal and was told they can't do a large because they don't have the boxes to fit a large chips in. I was then given a box meal with more than enough room for what I wanted. I believe it was beaches the girl couldn't be bothered to go back on her screen to change from medium to large as she didn't ask me in the first place for a large.

Wow! Such an unusual concept - I've never heard of a lucky dip restaurant before. If you want something specific, they won't have it in stock, but that doesn't matter, because whatever you say at the point of order, you'll end up with something entirely different! Chicken in your veggie meal? Sides missing? Someone else's order? You got it! And it actually makes no difference because the culinary masters at KFC Cannock have kindly ensured that every single thing in your order will taste like it's been fried in the same 3 day old oil! We are truly blessed to have this pinnacle of fine dining in our humble town.

They never have krushems … apparently the machine is always broke! Staff had a rude attitude tonight ( Jessica ) when asked how come on few occasions they don’t do the krushems ! Surprised you even have chicken! Also they forgot to put the fries in the box and the drink ! I had to que up again to complain about this !

Excellent place for drive through ordering, staff polite and trying their best to serve fast, the place can be very busy at times, specially Friday and Saturday nights. Overall good KFC restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting. Waiting for my delivery over 1h . and they send me everything wrong and cold .
