KFC in Cannock Chase

Very nice chicken and chips. Lovely coffee. Very friendly lady served us on the drive through . Excellent value

Good could have been hot but generally a good KFC so no complaints.

The service was good the chicken was ok but the fries where horrible using potatoes what had not been peeled andnot been wash or peeled yak

We visited this KFC which is situated in a large retail park near to Cannock just off the A5. A decent sized car park with 2 disabled spaces and the entrance door has an electric opening mechanism which made entering and exiting easy with a wheelchair. The hand sanitiser at the entrance was empty of product which was a shame. Friendly helpful staff who got our order arranged quickly. We enjoyed our meal. The washrooms were clean and modern but we were warned by a staff member that the door lock on the accessible toilet was defective so we had to leave it ajar when we were using it.

In the drive through this weird lady was giving her life story to the ‘order here’ post so we had to wait a while. I didn’t eat anything. Seems alright. I liked the music in the car. The sainsburys cafe I just went to ruined my day, no, year. The sausages were black 😭. Don’t go to sainsbury cafe in Cannock. This kfc seems lit tho . #omwto therapy

My opinion is this is the best KFC around, food was piping hot and was cooked fresh, will be returning

Been a few times here, not usually fan of KFC. This was good quality however so has changed perception for me a bit! Well done team here.

Below average food and service. I requested Large meal and was told they can't do a large because they don't have the boxes to fit a large chips in. I was then given a box meal with more than enough room for what I wanted. I believe it was beaches the girl couldn't be bothered to go back on her screen to change from medium to large as she didn't ask me in the first place for a large.

Absolutely disgusting. Waiting for my delivery over 1h . and they send me everything wrong and cold .
