Lychee Valley Chinese Takeaway in Cannock Chase

Never had a bad meal. Been using this place for years.

Been using these for as long as I can remember, purchased a takeaway tonight and it wasn't fit for pigs. Raw chips, raw egg in the omelette and chicken curry was disgusting. Phoned them back and no apologies just a 10% discount on next order. Time to find a new Chinese takeaway. I'd avoid is my recommendation. Had to leave one star as wouldn't let me leave none

? What on earth has happened? Always order from here, food always excellent. But tonight, I really don't know whats gone wrong. Food was cold, bbq sauce came out in one big glob you could cut it in half with a knife. No way was that chicken in the crispy chicken in peking sauce! As for the beef curry, have you changed the curry sauce?? It was horrible! Everything is normally spot on, but we've threw half of it away and feel ill . Sorry lychee but will be trying else where from now on, it was a disaster!

HAD THE SPARE RIBS TONIGHT AND CHICKEN CHOW MEIN AND SPRING ROLLS ABSOLUTELY TASTED BEAUTIFUL WILL BE A REGULAR FROM NOW ON

Ordered from here at 22:15pm food was delivered in 20 minutes. Would recommend this Chinese as the food was amazing, 5 stars.

I've used this place for very many years and never had a bad meal, until Friday night, ordered a Beef Chow Mein, as soon as I took the lid off I could smell something was wrong, I gave it a go but it ended up in the bin, from what I could tell it seems the beansprouts were off, I've bought beansprouts and know that after a couple of days opened they go off, I linked the smell to that, very very disappointed.

Wonderful selection and their spare ribs are delicious....from memory as I'm now a vegetarian. But they do have some great meat free options on the menu but their chips aren't the best, nice but lacking the quality of some of their rivals.

This place is disgraceful. It doesn't even deserve the one star but that's the only way I can post and warn other thinking of using it. Food cold. Meat in beef and black bean did NOT look like beef I couldnt describe it if I tried absolutely disgusting! Food missing. And salt and pepper chips had no pepper or anything else just what tasted like a whole bottle of salt topped over them.When complaing to the manager ( something I never do anywhere but had to today because it was just appalling ) he would not come to phone so I drove there, to then wait 25 minutes for him to come and speak to me. To be told sorry theres nothing I can do. He spoke extremely rude. The place is absolutely filthy. And considering we are in a world wide pandemic the lady was coughing persistently with no bloody Facebook and no sign of her washing her hands afterwards again. Absolutely fuming with how this place has dealt with the situation and the quality of the food they think is ok to sell.

We have used lychee valley for years and normally collect. Ordered at 5.20pm for delivery... at 7.13 I rang to ask if they knew how long our order would be as we were told 1 hour 15 minutes. We were told is would be with us in 20 minutes. At 8:04 i rang again to ask if it had left yet and was told it left and would be here any minute, at 8:29 I rang AGAIN to ask if the delivery man was driving or walking.....Disgusting service, if they had have told the truth we would have choice to collect it instead of lieing every time we rang. Won’t be ordering ever again.Never did turn up, good job we went to the chip shop....
