McDonald's in Cannock Chase

I'm begining to realise that just having staff to be there is enough nowadays.Not about quality of food and service.Again the legendary fries alas are no-more.Do yourselves a favour and realise there is better food out there.

NMother’s Day treat. Love the big tasty !my daughter bought me the new. Bbq one. It was cold. Dry and not at all like the original. Very disappointed.It was like a happy meal noSalad. Very disappointed

Service was quite quick, but food was not appetising at all. I had McChicken sandwich and it was hard. I would of complained to staff but we were on a tight schedule and could not take the time to say anything. Milkshake & chips were fine, my hubby had the double chicken burger his chicken was overcooked and hard too. Sorry to moan but you ask for honest reviews

We went yesterday (Saturday) and it was fairly busy, but the tables were dirty and my fries were luke warm. Our grandson enjoyed it though.

It's really small inside and quite cramped,would eat I car next time, but service is good

Staff were friendly but cheeseburger and fries were almost cold. Went in drive through at lunchtime so food should have been hot

Love MacDonald's there food is decent for take away, its not very often you get a bad meal, although sometimes it looks better on the picture. I love the wraps and mostly have the BBQ or Sweet Chilli wrap. The coffee in there taste really good but its strong so be careful how big a cup you have, also the milkshakes are fantastic almost as good as a McFlurry. Even when its busy they try so hard to serve you quickly. Keep up the good work everyone 👍

A small McDonald's made even smaller by the waiting area for delivery drivers. Unfortunately, also very slow to serve food due to the large number of delivery drivers that go here.

Food was really fresh, piping hot. The nicest McDonald's we've had in a long time.However, was disappointed in the staff behind the counter staring and gorging at my partner for breastfeeding our 6 month old daughter. She was even doing it discreetly and away from everyone at our table.

Terrible experience here. Ordered a meal strictly with no cheese, and not to my surprise, was given cheese. Went to the till and showed them my receipt and label stating no cheese; it took them 5+ minutes to recreate the same meal - again with cheese! No sense of apology or concern and the staff there have a half-hearted attitude which is very much affecting customers. Will not be returning as they only order they can get correct is fries.
