Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cannock Chase

This place will not give you all your food items, or will give you the wrong items, your food will come to your house cold and you'll get a refund possibly in a week afterwards. Really bad service, Every order i have made in my time ordering here has been ruined due to poor work management its really unacceptable.The one time today I ordered to treat myself and my order was missing items the food was cold and I'm really upset.

Not bad, they certainly get the cars through quick. Bit weird that we had to park up as you'd think that there'd be three cheese burgers and a quarter pounder ready at 2pm on a Saturday, but who knows. Food was standard McDonalds faire.

Good arrived fast even though quite busy. All hot and accurate as per the order. Upstairs was being kept clean, no problems finding a table...

Grrrrrr. How hard can it be to get an order correct? I reckon 6 out of 10 orders I make at McMuppets have at least one item missing - be it a fork for the salad or a whole burger. This branch is by far the worst, almost every order having an issue. Staff unapologetic, and barely awake. Thankfully I don't eat there often so it's just about tolerable. Am I the unluckiest customer in the world or do I just care too much that I get what I pay for!

This has got to be the worst McDonalds restaurant out there. Honestly they should rebrand where you make an order and just place bets on what items you think will actually turn up. How hard is it to read an order and put the items in a bag? You give them the benefit of the doubt thinking ahhh they were probably super busy and things happen. But literally every order whether you go through the drive thru or order on your favourite app will be wrong or missing multiple items. Sometimes convenience takes over and you need a quick bite but honestly I would do everything you can to avoid this place. Its not worth wasting your hard earned money......

I don't know who was back there today putting my burger together... But sloppy as heck. All over the place. Had to put in straight in a box that's too small for the food itself. All the sauce was to only 1 side!!!!! Almost sent it back but didn't because I was hungry. I know you don't paid a lot but at least have a bit of pride in your work. Seriously disappointing.

Decided to go for my dinner ordered at drive through got asked to park up 40 mins later asked a worker if they could check where food was she didn’t just pretended to do something else had to go back through the drive through to ask for my order it now has come stone cold absolutely fuming can tell my food was sat on the side for the time i was sat outside. This place is always the same even when you go in to order order via uber eats or a different way they clearly can not keep this place going

Went through the drive through the other day with my mom and was on window one and some absolute gem called “abz” I think was her name tag was unbelievably joyful, got us through payment at a ridiculously fast speed and kept a smile on her face the whole time!! Never met a more polite,Mature young lady and will definitely be coming back 😁

Literally the worst McDonald's in the world. Almost every time I go there they mess the order up and I get something short if what I've ordered. They never mess it up the other way and give you extra. Today was the worst so far. Ordered a large double quarter pounder meal and a double cheeseburger. I got a medium fries and a big mac in a double quarter pounder box and a single cheeseburger. Ablsoute joke!!! It happens that often I am beginning to think they do it on purpose!! Sick of complaining to McDonald's about them!!! Avoid going there if you can. There is another one a mile or so away!!!

Long wait every Uber driver between here and Wolverhampton is put ahead of you, can only order by cold machines, which you constantly have to repress, when did being served by a human become a luxury. Have to correct order on collection. Dirt and grease all over fries, 20 minute wait to get simple order. Machines constantly fail to give you reciepts.can only pay by card. As huge corporations want a cashless society to give them more power like the Chinese Communist Party
