It is a well balanced motorway stop but not as special as you'd expect on a toll road. The layout for leaving often seems to confuse drivers too. It's clean, I've never waited for the toilet, I find a choice of places to get a drink or food is good. More outside spots for eating a picnic would help families or those with dogs. I'd also like a stop for each side of the motorway rather than sharing as I've been in a queue to get into the car park before.

Just had amazing freshly cooked fish and chips from Fresh Food Services at this service station. Lovely friendly service from Wendy and her team mate in the kitchen. We are not seasoned travellers so she explained all our options at this food outlet and also explained the breakfast options as we were stopping over in the hotel. Old fashioned customer service above and beyond. Thanks Wendy

Very good for people traveling with dogs. There's a lovely walk and picnic area. Range of shops inside that cater to the thirsty or hungry traveller. I've also seen electric car charging points which would be useful for drivers of electric vehicles.

The bad points;-1, The showers could do with cleaning more often.2, The choice of food outlets was somewhat restricted, especially as SPAR was closed.3, There was nowhere to pay the toll charge whilst I was stopped there.The good points;-1, The water in the showers was pleasantly warm.2, The shower cubicles are well laid out.3, The lady in WHSmiths was pleasant and helpful.All in all, I shan't be stopping there again as there is no benefit for me using the Toll road.

Always a good overnight in our caravan. The owners have put good signs saying caravan only, shame cars and transit vans fill all the spaces

Quick service at Costa Coffee but 22 quid for 3 sandwiches and 3 coffees!I liked the sign for deaf people: "lip reading? Ask us to lower our mask." I also like how many reusable cups are being promoted these days. Still far too much environmental waste produced tho.Enjoyed sitting in big outdoor area.Plenty of parking. Clean toilets.

A nice services. Clean and airy. There’s a McDonald’s and a selection of other usual stores and outlets. Toilets were reasonably clean. Large seating area and more seats outside. As usual the petrol is expensive and cash machines charge a fee but that’s standard at large services.

Wow it's a great place for travellers for food and rest, it's like a mini food mall we have lots of choices of food and supermarkets and very huge parking spaces, lots of toilet facilities. Really superb....
