Pizza Hut Cannock in Cannock Chase

Had the buffet deal some of the pizzas had peppers on them which is great, unfortunately I am allergic to peppers so they made me my favourite pepperoni I am so grateful to them,the staff at Cannock pizza hut are lovely people THANK YOU.

I'm glad the drinks and buffet are back as this is what made pizza hut for me. Very nice restaurant really, friendly staff and nice food. Can stuff your face without being bothered every 10 seconds, the qr code on the table to order and pay has also made things a lot quicker. A little expensive at times as I tend to pay for me and my wife, for the 2 people a side. Main, desert and drink will cost you just shy of 50 quid. But if you can resist the desert by just going to Iceland over the road, instead of a 12 quid cookie dough for both of you,you pay a quid and spend 20 minutes at home for it to cook. It's really not that bad. So I reccomend pizza hut, just don't buy the desert.

Just generally poor. There is a distinct lack of care and most of the staff seemed bored. It shows. Cleaning needs an improvement. Pizza the same.We had buffet but choice was limited and the salad bar looked tired. The pastas looked rank. The fizzy drink was flat (7up).Staff welcoming when we arrived. Non plussed when we left. I strongly suspect problems lie in management and it trickles down to staff. The whole experience smacked of boredom, complacency and tiredness.I will not be back. Pizza express / Dominoes just do it better. Shame really.

Came in today for a family of 43 large pizzas and 3 unlimited drinks cost £74The ham and pineapple had a weird aftertaste which was topped off by us having BBQ chickenWhich the chicken was quite cold and you could tell it was frozen again had weird taste to it2 of us left after eating 2 slices of pizza and a small peice of the other pizzaThe salad bar was in a mess with chrisps in the salad as well as other food we was sat near the salad bar and wached the staff come over and mix the produce and add more chrisps so obviously noticed the overspills and left it like thatWe feel that it was a complete waste of money and as for the table service it was only the manager who came to the table to help with ordering and to ask if there was anything else we neededThe younger staff just stood in there own little corner chatting away

First time I've used this restaurant...All the staff were friendly and seemed happy and efficient.Tables were cleaned regularly and the floor was constantly being swept.The salad was typed up and refreshedWe went for the buffet £8.99 and we weren't disappointed !!Large selection of salad with hot pasta (tomato and cheese with broccoli)About 8 different types of pizza constantly being refreshed as they are consumed.My partner had an unlimited drink but I only drink water when eating, the water from the ice machine must be filtered as it tasted fantastic.This restaurant is outside our usual area so we probably can't use it again but I highly recommend trying the buffet as it was great value for money and lovely food and a big well done to the Cannock branch for the food and service.😋😋😋

On Saturday 9th October 2021 at 17.40 i ordered a meal for 2 through Just Eat from Pizza Hut Cannock. The meal consisted of a 14" Meat Feast Pizza, Bottle of Coke, cheese bites and chicken nuggets.Well £24.99 later i waited for the delivery which was on time. From here it went down hill very quickly. I ordered the thin crust as i like to taste the toppings over the dough. The pizza was burnt all over and was cold and rock solid. For a meat feast i could see ham and chicken and that was it, not much of a feast. The chicken nuggets were cold and nearly raw, even my dogs who eat anything spat them out and the cheese bites had not been cooked correctly as the cheese inside was hard. The only thing right was the bottle of Coke but i guess they only had to put it in the bag lol.For such a big chain the food was extremely over priced and awful, i expect a much better service.I did complain to Just Eat as i have learnt in the past that the contract is with them and it is no good complaining to the restaurant as they do not want to know.It was an overall terrible meal and they should treat take away customers the same as ones eating in because if i was in the restaurant i would have sent it back, need to say i did through it all straight in the bin.Shame on you Pizza Hut

The same delicious pizza that is served in Walsall, the service was excellent.The open salad is fantastic and healthy idea.You can only pay through the application so you need a credit/debit card.There is free parking in the area 👍Sure I will come back to enjoy the pizza and forget all my pain and sorrows 😁😁

Lovely server, very good social distancing. Food was fast amd came out warm. Genuinley enjoyed my experience.

Visited for a children's birthday party. Greeted by pizza all over the floor under the table - not a good start.The staff however were friendly and efficient and helped us with our rather large orderVegan options are good, though you've got to get used to the cheese and there were no complaints about any of the pizzas ordered.Parking was easy and free. Not bad.
