Roadchef Costa Coffe in Cannock Chase

Took me bare time to order

[May 22] Plenty of seating inside and out. Obviously priced for the motorway.

I got a nice cappuccino made at time of my visit 10/10 also the decor from Costa was different nice 👌 one well done Costa

Served by a really moody lady with tattoos. I couldn't read the coffee menu and she sighed as i asked her a simple question regarding the Christmas selection. Really poor service. I didn't say anything at the time. Absolutely shocking. She then processed the coffee order whilst another staff member was complaining about the managers choices of refunds. I found it very unprofessional. The coffee itself was a total waste of time. That's the last time I go Costa.

Too hot and Wet flat white for 3,50 not great and service also quite questionable

Nice coffee shop at M6 toll with a spacious dining area.

Really good and tasty coffe but had better. Could improve a little bit, especially for the price that they charge. Otherwise, the shop is clean and tidy, the staff is efficient and able to provide a good service.

This has won best services for a reason. A great stop however I have seen it get busier and busier. Don't understand how as the M6 toll is always quiet!!

Good as break time place from long trip 😉

Very popular motor way services. Good choice of food from the other stores and of course Costa.
